Hopefully I complained enough that they fixed it because on the last two calls they answered. The next problem is they don't follow through. I asked for them to let my doctor know that I need lab work. In todays work office, everything is an email, with no face to face communication. I had to tell the girl to please leave him a sticky note since he didn't get my email. When I arrived to get my blood work done they told there was nothing in the system. I let her know that someone from the main office called and assured me everything was put in because they had failed to do so two times before. I have asked at least two times to remove my ex from my insurance info but they keep sending Tri care my bills for payment. Tomorrow, when I go in I will check to see if they fixed it. NOW, the GOOD REPORT is that the lab girl did an excellent job of taking my blood. She was kind, funny and friendly. One side of the office is great but the admin side needs to do better.

She was very much one sided and it felt judgmental and when I opened up and told her what I was struggling with with my partner she quite literally said not to shame him for stonewalling me and shutting down or ignoring me because "that's what he had to do as a child to survive". She completley enabled his harmful and hurtful tactics and excused them. For these reasons I would not recommend her and also will be finding a new counselor.
