I come here for a morning workout to start off my day (and there is one every hour starting at 5:30 am), and it is the perfect way to get the endorphins pumping. Each day is set to a perfect theme, so this gym always adds variety to your week. I highly recommend trying a workout here and have to say their Saturday workouts are my favorite because you get a full body workout, like some days. Everyone who works here is also very welcoming, so you get excellent customer service. It is at an ideal location- right next to a Publix so you can meal plan after a workout if that is your preference. Highly recommended. F45 is my favorite among interval gyms because I am not a fan of treadmills and running- but that preference is up to you. They also have more space than some F45s. I went to an F45 in Dallas, and that space was tighter than this one. I highly recommend giving them a try.

First time I called the girl told me she was gonna cancel the membership. No problem... second person had me email their manager ... third person told me the manager never got my email and then re-gave me the email that I had already sent proof of relocation to but also told me I would be entitled to a refund due to the amount of time I have called and emailed ... and now the manager is asking for bank statements ! Which is weird because I was going to move months prior and the only thing she asked for was flights or lease. I have sent utility bills, lease agreements and flights to prove that I have moved. They are now asking for bank statements! It is crazy how hard they make it to cancel your membership. On top of this do not sign up for their personal training. It is a complete joke. I was supposed to get one training session a week and I never got that. Paying $80 a week for a 20 minute session is absurd.

The owner Johnny, originally work at the "old Porkys". He has opened this smaller version. It is very small but has a more then adequate range of machines & weights. The price is reasonable. There are trainers available. We are thrilled to be back in a more focused training environment. We look forward to going every week. It is " kinda of being back in our 'old' Porky's"! Just love being back!
