It seems like the new dental techs are now also trying to run the front office and it just isn't working. On top of all that, Dr Graf has also brought on a second dentist who's chairside manner could use some improvement; he seemed very "pushy" and I just didn't think much of it. Any future work will be with Dr Graf or not at all. I'm very disappointed because last year I would have given them 5 stars in all areas. He's really careful and gentle with your mouth. Even in complex procedures, I felt no pain. Somehow, even when he gives you the shot it doesn't hurt. How is that possible?! Dr. G does excellent cosmetic dentistry.
