I had a great experience at Gentle Dental today. I have been to three different dental offices in the past two years and none of them were satisfactory. The front office staff was polite and organized. The hygenist worked MAGIC on my teeth and removed some fuzzy stuff that had been bothering me for months. She really did a great job and took her time. Everyone was very friendly and the dentist was thorough with her exam. Thank you for an efficient amd positive experience! How does this company end up fucking up my girls teeth up. The amount of times I have been called or told afterwards how much y'all have hurt her teeth, gums or have just overall fucked something up is ridiculous. Nobody should ever have to go through that with their dentist ever, I never had to go through it with mine so why is it such an issue here? She has given way too much money to y'all for her to be coming back to me and telling me how much issues she has been having. Multiple Cavities and a Root Canal, y'all pressured all the fillings in her teeth out after getting her braces removed. All the appointments for those fillings and all the money just down the drain. 0/10 read more

Bad communication. I was told I had to pay a 100$ cancellation fee for canceling a full day before my appointment. They said I had to cancel 4 days before?! They should at least mention that during the process and through there text updates like other facilities do so. Very unprofessional. read more

I would have given this 5 Stars, but yesterday was miserable with Chelsea P. I have been going to this location on Fry Rd. for over a year now and have referred 2 people who are now going. I was so afraid of dentists until I started going here and talking to Paula. Paula has made so much difference in the way I feel about dentists now and the help there is superb! The problem is there is a regional/office manager, Chelsea P. who was so rude and to prove it look at the cameras. As my husband sat and waited for me to be through, he witnessed how rude she was to the patients. I hope the owner will look at the cameras and call me as it was a nightmare. If Paula leaves, I will leave too because she is the only reason I continue to go besides the other staff and Dr.'s. who are very gentle and good! read more

My experience in this place was horrible as a mother and they showed no sympathy for my Daughter Who's was terrified.over the phone they stated she was going to be sedated but when I got there they only wanted to do the Nitrous oxide to see how my daughter responded first even though they was aware that it didn't work last time. especially Dr siddiqui who's referral me to a different dentist instead.my child experienced unnecessary stress and rudeness.they all locked on compassionate and professionalism.staff had no clue what is going on.over the phone they tell you something and when you get there they come with something else.I took off work and I confirmed over the phone and they said she's was getting oral sedation.What a nightmare of a place for any child! read more

Dr. Keh was amazing. Works very well with kids and patient. Got all three of my boys in, X-rays, cleanings, and exams and out the door in less than an hr. Love how organized the office is and how smooth everything always goes. This office has been the best dental experience we have ever had. So glad we switched over. I highly suggest!! read more

Dr Siddiqui was GREAT. My daughter was very anxious and very much in her own head about the fillings and tooth pulling. But Dr Siddiqui was perfect with her. There are few times in life when I don't dread going to the dentist. I could drone on and on about all the painful root canals, drilling, unnecessary (I believe) dental work that has been done on my teeth. All at my expense ..,, my pain, my pocketbook, my precious time. Gentle Dental is not THAT. No waiting, no pain (I don't know how she does it, really) and all who I have come into contact with are professional. I can't believe the place isn't packed, but I am glad it isn't. Just went back for my six-month check up and cleaning, and once again, they live up to their name: Gentle. I was promptly seen: I didn't have to wait long, and was seen at my appointment time, not after. The x-rays are fast and easy, and the cleaning was actually a good experience. I could swear the powder used in the polishing tasted like cocoa. Great experience all around with the entire staff. read more

EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO WORKS HERE IS AMAZING. My son had 8 cavities due to the fact that we did not have dental insurance for a very long time and then we could not get him to brush and you can forget getting him to floss. On top of all that, he is deathly, pathologically afraid of getting shots. I'm not talking about the normal fear most kids have of shots. He loses it when he gets a shot screaming literally at the top of his lungs, "Help me! Help me! Somebody help me!" It's embarrassing! I was SO worried about him getting his fillings put in. I must have called at least 15 times in one day trying to figure out what I was going to do about it since this office does not use "laughing gas." I finally went ahead and told them we would try and if it didn't work, it didn't work. They were SO smart about the entire process and instead of having to come back for a total of four visits, because of how wonderful they were, my son only had to sit through 2 visits to get all his cavities filled. They made him feel so good and so confident. He STILL has no idea he got shots while he was there. Dr. Le and her staff are seriously the absolute best. I also go see a dentist here, Dr. Robinson. I've only been once to see him but had lots of questions afterwards and they took all the time in the world answering my questions and even when I kept calling back because I was having some problems with the surgeon I was referred to. His nurse is an absolute doll and ALWAYS remembers me and says hello and asks about my baby. I just haven't dealt with anyone here that I don't like. read more

I've been coming here for my children ( 3 boys) for YEARS - at least 6 years. They have been seeing my 6 and 4 year old since they were babies. My children as well as I love this dentistry and how welcoming everyone is. Most people hate the dentist and dread coming to get dental work but both my children and myself don't mind it all. I haven't been to the dentist in 12 years. My husband came here 3 weeks ago and when he came home he really liked this dentist office. So I scheduled my appointment for the following week. For not being to the dentist in so long, my gums were pretty bad after the deep clean i had and it was so painful. But when I went back today (2 weeks later) to do the other side of my mouth, I expected the worst but there was zero pain this time and the dentist was literally very gentle. I was in and out in an hour! The ladies at the front desk, the assistants and the dentists that I've met have all been super friendly! read more
