But we found out today their policy has changed, only the patient can go in the room. But, because of something my husband found concerning on my leg , my husband wanted to go into the room with me and he was told no. I asked David about it, he said he stood by this, and they "run more efficiently" when only the patient is in the room". What does that mean ? It might cost you a minute or two, and time is money? I left the last two Cincinnati Doctors because of poor screening with the first and poor billing practices with the second. I met with Dr. Brown for the first time in October of 2022. The nurse (her name escapes me) was professional and administered local anesthetic virtually painlessly. Dr. Brown seemed professional, and compassionate. She completed a full body check, froze some sites and took one biopsy. The administrative staff I have spoken with and met are pleasant and professional.
