She has an aggressive nurse who has been incredibly rude and has an arbitrary policy for late arrivals - I can't tell if it's 5 minutes or 10, but I've been in both scenarios and there is no grace period in her mind for a downtown office. Although it was embarrassing, I decided to show the affected area and made it clear that I felt uncomfortable removing my pants in front of both the doctor and nurse. Instead of offering reassurance or making the situation more comfortable, they were both completely silent -- and to make matters worse, the nurse, Sheryl, actually smiled like she was about to laugh. You can certainly see that she was not very skilled at doing this surgery' Also, I paid cash up front for this and later my insurance sent me papers showing he charged them $10,000 for a large breast reduction. I called his office and spoke with him and he said his office personnel must have accidently done this charge. He never corrected this! And he also did not reduce my breast at all! Waiting for someone to call you back and to have any questions answered will take several days. They stress how important it is to be at all appointments and to have your lab work done and when we show up to get labs, no orders are there or we go to the appointment and have to come back the next day because they forgot to do something. It is very unprofessional and so disorganized.

I have been treated for skin cancer by different…read moredermatologists in the District of Columbia (1 navy Doctors), Virginia (2 army Doctors), Maryland (2 civilian Doctors), and Cincinnati, OH (2 civilian Doctors). I left the last two Cincinnati Doctors because of poor screening with the first and poor billing practices with the second. I met with Dr. Brown for the first time in October of 2022. The nurse (her name escapes me) was professional and administered local anesthetic virtually painlessly. Dr. Brown seemed professional, and compassionate. She completed a full body check, froze some sites and took one biopsy. The administrative staff I have spoken with and met are pleasant and professional.
