From the first phone call to the delivery of our finished cart,everything went smoothly. They kept in contact throughout the process. We never had to call them to ask what was going on with our cart. I had bought a new lithium battery to replace the 6 standard batteries. The lithium batteries all seemed to be about the same size so I didn't really check the dimensions inside the golf cart , other than briefly looking at it. Big mistake. Turns out the new battery didn't fit at all. Ace Carts, instead of trying to sell me the 2k dollar battery that would fit, figured out a brilliant way to fit my battery into the cart frame by moving components around. All in all it was an easy and painless experience and resulted in a superior cart. And to cap it off, by moving a few components around and repositioning the new battery, they saved me 300 dollars off of the original quote. Now thats brilliant! My advice is to not waste your time with other cart repair companies. Go straight to Ace Carts.

They all have a lithium batteries which still has three years left on the warranty. If you read all the bad reviews most are ridiculous so please consider buying your golf cart here. My windshield was and is not broken, It JUST needs a new rubber thing NOW, but it was there when you picked it up and as it was not a problem before and it didn't need repaired. At least it was attached and not loose. Now its gone and the windshield is banging. Where did the rubber go from the time you picked it up and delivered it back to me? And if you knew there was a problem, why didn't you address it with me to repair it? I paid you $375 to repair my cart! 2. And if you had actually driven the cart to test it after repairing it, there is No Way on earth you did not hear that screeching sound in the steering wheel! 3. This is the first I'm hearing about kingpins, so I'm unaware of issues with that. Why didn't you address that with me? And you checked the bushings and said they would last another 2 years, so why replace them? 4. I canceled because of medical issue's... I explained that. And with this attitude you are LUCKY I EVEN WENT BACK TO YOU. I could have gone to so many other repair locations, but I was trying to be loyal to you and you treated me like doggie doo. And how could I refuse to pay when you never approached me for payment? But you did add to my bill and lied about why you charged me a fee. He explained where everything could be located (driving range, chipping area, and the putting green) and got me a cart to hold my clubs. Waters were already in the cart sitting in ice and Jose started to get the range ready so I could hit some balls. The course is tight at times and you definitely need to be able to control the ball as best as you can. The fairways were immaculate and the greens were the same. Greens were slow, and allowed for some aggressive putts. Golf course was an absolute blast and the team working the course is incredible. $59 for a 6:30 Monday tee time, a cart, range balls to hit at my leisure, and a hospitable staff makes this place a must.
