This is the 3rd house that I've sold and I've never had an experience like this before. Your…read moreservices are amazing. Your client services and attention to great detail are top notch. I've never seen a realtor company so organized like this before. Being out of town, I was crazy nervous, but your communication methods are rated #1 in my book. You kept me informed at every step of the process. I had zero (0) stress in this process and ultimately the sale of my house. You are well worth every penny of your commission. Your cutting age use of technology is truly amazing to me. I will forever recommend your company to everyone I know in your service area. Thank you for an awesome experience and a truly blessed outcome.

The last one…read morewas challenging, because it was an older house that we had been renting out and we tried to go the discount realtor route with horrible results. We made the decision to go back to Culhane, and what a difference it made. Eric Engberg, our listing agent, gave me a comprehensive list of the repairs that he recommended that I do make the house more marketable. He helped me find contractors to do the work, and in every case his recommended contractor gave me a better quote than what I could find on my own. He took so much care to ensure that everything was going to go right, communicating throughout through the process. His marketing materials were top-notch, the listing was well written, and we got our offer perfectly according to plan. Delaine Kaplan handled all of the contract-to-close responsibilities, and couldn't have been better to work with. Eric continued to negotiate amendments on my behalf. Between the two of them, I couldn't have been in better hands. My wife and I have resolved that Culhane will be the first number we call the next time we decide to move.

Sent them the final check before the contract ended and gave them the 30 day notice that I would no be renewing their loan. They received the final check 57 days early and held it. They then attempted to foreclose on me for non-payment even so they had the total balance check via registered mail with return receipt signature. They wanted to charge me an extra 2k and renew the contract. I declined sent a demand letter for the house title. Four months went by with them refusing to answer my calls all the while the attempted to charge me late fees and threatened me with legal action. We actually went to Foreclosure three time with each of their motions declined by the Administrative Judge. I clearly showed that they were paid in full. I then took them to court and won. I sent a certified check via the court for the original amount and then a month later I received the letter that my loan was completed and the title was released. All if this took eleven extra months to complete and they never even paid the taxes on the house with the contract that they have. I resolved everything but they were useless as a company. I do not trust them and should have looked at all the negative reviews before my purchase. Turned out I was one of the lucky ones. I actually got my house and kept it.

As a property owner for over nine years, I've worked with plenty of agents and know how the game…read moregoes. Before finding Neil, my property sat empty for months with another agency. They kept telling me to drop the price, but my own listing data showed their excuses didn't make sense and no one was actually showing up. I was losing precious time, money, and honestly losing hope. I found Neil through my own research, and from our first phone call, the difference was night and day. He jumped right on it with absolute urgency and took over the lease contract immediately. Where another company failed for months, Neil did his homework, coordinated perfectly, and got the place rented in just three weeks. It was a massive relief and completely mind-blowing. What really sets Neil apart is that he doesn't just put up a listing, hand over a key, and walk away. He treated my business like it was his own: A true partner and advisor: Neil doesn't brush you off. We would regularly talk on the phone, sometimes for an hour, bouncing ideas back and forth. His suggestions on managing the property and his insights into the local market were incredibly sharp. He shows up physically: He didn't just manage this from a laptop. Neil was physically at the property tons of times whenever I needed backup, even handling tricky HOA visits and logistics when I had a million things on my plate. He actually answers his phone: Every single call, question, or random ask I had was met with an immediate response. The most amazing part is that this was just a rental lease assignment, not a massive home sale commission. Most realtors cut corners on rentals because the payout isn't huge, but Neil poured 100% of his heart and energy into it anyway. Neil is one of the few realtors left who genuinely loves his job, knows the industry inside and out, and actually does what a realtor is supposed to do. I am absolutely going to keep working with him, and if you want to save yourself the headache and work with a great human being who gets results, Neil is your guy.

Neil spent over an hour with us without pressure, and though we haven't retained his professional services yet, he will be our first choice when we move in that direction.

Do NOT use this company if you want to maintain the integrity of your investment. We had the…read moreunfortunate experience of 11+ years with this company and are now dealing with $20K+ in repairs due to their lack of management. Properties are barely inspected when tenant's move out and never inspected during the lease. We were constantly requesting pictures of the property and updates on the condition of the property and only getting minimal information and blurry pictures causing damages to go unreimbursed to the owner. Licensed contractors were rarely used causing unsafe conditions for our tenants and we recently discovered overcharges on repairs by their "handymen". They are good about finding renters who consistently pay on time, but the damage to the property due to tenant's lack of basic maintenance required and the management company's refusal to check on the property occasionally during leases has been been very costly. EDITED: Emails to prove that costs were never the main determination on whether to do a repair. SAFETY and necessity were taken into consideration in addition to costs as well as the RECOMMENDATIONS of the management company. Only dealt with Greg if there were issues getting communication with our assigned account manager, which were CONSTANT (again-can prove in emails!).

We haven't resided at the property for 6 months but since we were locked in a lease we maintained the bills and yard. We also left a bed and a some other personal property on site. On the last day of possession we attempted to enter the property but the deadbolts were locked and the garage door would not open so we were unable to enter the property to retrieve our things. We attempted to call them but were forwarded to a recently departed employees phone (who also was not happy with this company). The following day I emailed our point of contact Tristian and they responded not with grace or compassion but with sheer hate stating we'd have to pay for a re key and for extra days of possession. We noted that the trash cans were by the curb and that the deadbolts were locked. They denied moving the trash cans or locking the deadbolt. I was distraught because I hadn't been to the property but I know their agents were entering the property. (sidenote: they were entering the property without notifying us, I assume because we told them it wasn't our primary residence). When I called Tristian all I got in return was attitude. I requested to speak to a manager but they said I'd be directed back to them anyway and hung up on me. Which is insane. I've never hung up on a customer. I wouldn't expect to have a job if that was a practice I participated in. We finally gained access to the property on the 1st midday after having a panic attack about being charged for extra days of possession etc (with 0 help from the management company) I wholeheartedly expect them to find a way to take my entire deposit. Long story short - this company is trash. The house we rented turned out to be in a crime ridden area. If you are signing a lease here be warned.
