He yelled, made excuses, lied about what was included, blamed others for his errors, and even used profanity on speakerphone in front of my family. We discovered missing blinds only when the installer showed up -- something Jason never communicated. Then he denied responsibility and tried to shift blame. I am disabled, dealing with significant stress already -- and Jason's aggressive behavior and refusal to take accountability made the situation worse. I have worked with multiple contractors during our home renovations -- Jason Wade is the only one who treated us with disrespect, dishonesty, and negligence.
