Installing shutters on three large windows look just over an hour and the installers were efficient and careful. The quality is excellent and so far, no issues. Our only issue: It took a long time between order and installation, close to two months. But the Christmas/New Year's holidays were involved, so it might be faster at other times of the year. Kim Van Wieren came out to do my in-home estimate, and he brought a massive amount of samples to look through. After coordinating with my sister who lives overseas, we settled on a colour and amount of transparency. Once the shades were ready, Kim came back out and did the installation. I could not be happier with the quality and the overall look. Switching from the old dated plastic miniblinds to modern shades made the room really come alive. This was the BEST decision I could have made and Kim was so patient and kind throughout the whole process.
