Passenger mirror was knocked crooked, but built for that happening. But....entire car was covered in black greasy film. Noticed during wash that brushes were stained black, water that washed and rinsed also black. Showed attendant and she refunded money. Went to Crew carwash and most came off. But hood is still covered. Will require some detail work and hand washing...hope that works. Also scratch on hood. $30,000 car. Have had it washed 3-5 days a week for past year at Crew and NEVER had a problem. Express is filthy. Will ever go there again. Is it possible to give negative stars?

Emily was working the 2nd time I lost them in the car wash. She was who let me know about the automatic function of my wipers! When water hits the windshield, the wipers come on. Emily showed me how to turn the auto off. I 'thought' I'd been good about checking. But.... Last Friday I went through Crew in Greenfield, on my way to Brookville. I noticed on my way that my windshield wipers were gone again. I am back in town today, so I stopped by the Car Wash and Mason was working. He went through all of the windshield wipers and tried to figure out if any of them belonged to my car, which they didn't. Also, there was only one of each. I am missing both. He told me that when they closed tonight, there's another part where things get washed down under the tunnel. He believes that they might be down there and they will check for it. In the meantime, Mason had me go through the Car Wash again after I verified how I thought the auto is to be turned off. He sprayed water on my windshield before I went in. And my windshield wipers did not come on. Therefore, I know for sure how to make sure that the auto setting is turned off. Mason definitely went above and beyond for me, and I am so appreciative. Auto windshield wipers to come on automatically, when your windshield detects water is utterly ridiculous function. And not just because I keep losing my windshield wipers, but it's not hard to flip the lever and turn them on. That's just crazy. What a dumb feature.

I had to do extra wipe down. Fragrance was overwhelming. Their location is a bit scary looking and you aren't quite sure they will do quality work. But my car looked nice when I got it back.
