Personalized service and pick up and drop off are so great since I couldn't get the car over. That makes it super convenient. I also think it's much nicer to support a local personal biz vs a chain that does an incomplete job. The attention to detail is fantastic. Price was completely fair. The work done by Scott was exceptional. My cars interior looks brand new as if I bought it from a dealer. My car was 3 years old and had alot of gunk in it. He did a great job on the dash and panels. I was very happy with Scott's service. I received my 2015 Jeep Renegade in like-new condition. The car looked great inside and out; and while it smelled clean the odor wasn't over powering. In addition, the interior surfaces looked great but they were not at all slippery like I have gotten from other places. I opted for the "Ultimate Auto Experience". This guy did an absolutely amazing job on my car. Inside and out looked better than when I drove the car off the lot brand new. I had so much pet hair everywhere as well as dog pee on the back seat from where my dog tarp leaked. That's all I could smell in there when I brought it to him. Scott did an AMAZING job on the inside of my daughter's Accent. She delivers orders and the gravy from one of the items spilled onto her upholstery. Scott got the stain and grease spot out of the upholstery. Dropped the car off at 8am and it was ready to pick up at 3pm after having the whole inside detailed as well. He even washed the outside.
