Instead of resolving the concern professionally, the experience left me feeling taken advantage of as a customer. I strongly recommend that anyone renting through this location carefully review every charge, take photos of mileage and fuel levels before and after rental, and request detailed documentation upfront. Owner was condescending and rude pretty much from the start blaming the insurance companies for undercutting his prices and that they were trying to make a killing from all the claims coming in from the hail damage storm. In the end he still got $250 from me (insurance reimbursed) for doing the estimate. I don't ever recall being charged for estimates before and after the discussions with the owner it seems he is the one trying gouge people for more money. I told him my comp deductible is $100 and that is all I'll be paying. Luckily Caliber Collison works with insurance companies and has a better reputation. DO NOT GO HERE.
