Bill of Dent Logic lived up to his exceptional reputation. He worked on two separate damages on the rear driver-side door of our 2017 RAV4. One was a typical nasty bullseye parking lot ding, but the other was a more problematic crease caused by someone backing into the side of the car right by the edge of the door, so it had a double crease in a T-shape where it hit the reinforced rolled edge of the door. Bill acknowledged that this one may be difficult to correct, as I suspected. But he was willing to try it. I am ecstatic to report that both are now distant memories, as Bill worked his magic to completely eliminate any trace of them. We couldn't be any more satisfied with his work, which was performed on our driveway, in a decent amount of time, and at a very fair price. Repair dents, call Bill! After getting quotes from 8 Paint-less dent repair professionals that said they guarantee 80% better than original dent, BUT they would have to drill 2 hole that were 3/8"-1/2" so they could get their tools into area. Basically repair one issue by creating another, (Not a viable option for me)! In comes Bill, he not only said he guaranteed my satisfaction, but that her would not be drilling anything. At first I did not believe that he could do this when everybody else said they had to drill, so I said, I had to think about it. A week later, I had Bill come out, he verified 100% Customer satisfaction, and no drilling or damage. I skeptically said "Go for it". 1.5 hours later, I though I had a new truck, no dents and body line back. The company slogan should be "When other can't, we can!" Secondly, he has the best prices in town and has been doing this for over 20 years- no rookies on your beloved auto! I highly recommend Bill of Dent Logic even though he DIDN'T fix the 2 dents in my car doors! Here's the story: my car had a dead battery in my driveway so Bill couldn't lower the windows to examine the doors. Bill removed my battery and took it to an auto parts store, bought a replacement, came back to my house and installed it. With the windows now operable, he was able to determined that both dents were in inaccessible areas, just at a support beam. So no charge, other than reimbursement for the battery! Someone had dented the side of my BMW in a hotel parking lot. The BMW dealer recommended Bill at Dent Logic. He came out the next day and got the dent to look better but could not get it completely out because of where the dent was. He recommended I take it to a body shop and since he could not completely remove the dent he would not take any money. He wanted me to be completely satisfied and with not being able to remove the dent completely he was not going to charge me. I appreciated his workmanship and his integrity. I had a tree branch fall on my car causing a dent in the steel above my driver's side door. I had an insurance adjuster tell me that the dent was in the worse possible spot and there is no way it can just be removed without full body work. I was highly skeptical of these mobile dent removal companies but I didn't want to pay my deductible and not have a car for over a week. I selected Dent Logic solely on the positive reviews here on yelp. Bill warned me that it may not be possible but he would definitely take a look and see what he could do. Bill arrived right on time, and had the dent out after a few hours. Keep in mind that this was in a difficult location and was not a panel that could be worked out from behind in 30 minutes.
