We kept notes, up to forty service disruptions per day. We cancelled Xfinity today and returned all the equipment. They said we had more equipment than we returned. Time to face a simple truth, we can't return something Xfinity never installed. (Ie security tablet and phone equipment.) We closed the account and paid off the last bill this afternoon. From our perspective we are done. I have zero confidence they won't come back claiming we owe them more money.
