    Broken scheduler

    I'm trying to cancel my service. They constantly advertise great signup offers, but give no incentive to stay with them. I started paying $60 a month. I'm now paying over $110 for the same service. Not to mention, the outages and poor coverage in a small condo don't incentivize me to stay with them. For a telecommunications company, they make it impossible to get ahold of them. They closed doors before advertised closing time on Apple Maps. (Posted 8pm, closed at 7). So, I tried to cancel with Xfinity assistant. The assistant directed me to schedule a callback. When scheduling a callback, they ask if you'd like to cancel using the assistant! Eventually, I selected an appointment, Today at 7:30. I then got a notice that I have a callback scheduled for tomorrow... Finally, I tried to schedule an in person visit to avoid these shenanigans and return my equipment. The in person scheduler is entirely broken. You cannot select any other days. Everything is greyed out. So, you just get an error that says, "No time slots available." I don't recommend Xfinity

    By far worst wifi i've ever used in my entire life...an outage at least 3 times a week??? it's pathetic.

He proceeded to bully me on my own doorstep and demanded I get my husband on the phone so he could speak with him! I sent him away, and emailed his company. If this is what they have for sales people, I'm not interested in the rest of the company. He acted more like someone who wanted access to my home than someone with a legit business interest. My dog didn't like him much, either, and he's a fairly good judge of character. I googled the business to make sure it was legit after this encounter, and it sees to be real -- but maybe they should hire less bullies and try a different tactic for alarm sales!

They have a hole in my living room with a wire stapled half way around my room. It looks horrible. People always laugh and comment on it. My smoke detector was installed off center and with holes from their accidents. I am passive and to scared to complain but it's just driving me crazy. Then this month they took an extra 50 dollars out of my account and can't tell me y. All they say is mail us a bank statement. And they also said they double charged a lot of people this moth so it's either that or an activation fee... They don't have time to check. I am beyond through with them. I wanted to cancel my system and they said it would be 2600 dollars. I thought maybe two hundred but 2600 dollars. That's crazy and I am so upset. I am looking into legal action. I don't wanna do buisness with this company another day, and I want to help prevent anyone else from this scam.

    This is our third time around with Argenta and setting up a system. I think most people think…read morethey're just a home theatre shop, but they also sell 2-channel systems and offer a lot of great options for equipment. I previously worked with Justin on the setup of our home theater, and they did a stellar 5 star rating on that job. It still sounds and works really well. For this project we wanted a new 2-channel setup and Justin worked with me all the way. He talked to me on the phone and over text about my options, during business hours and even after business hours. He has a real passion for 2-channel systems, so can talk about it forever and offers a lot of insight into what one needs based on room, budget, preferable sources, etc. Justin and Declan came up to our house and did the install over the course of a few hours and it was amazing. I can't say enough good things about their care of the equipment, our house, and the detail they showed in setting everything up and then measuring it. You really cannot go wrong with them. If you're looking for a home theater or 2-channel system I would start by giving Justin a call as chances are he will be able to find a solution to your needs and offer great insight. You won't regret working with him or his team.

    I am just writing this review after having two projects (about 4 total days of work) - my wife and…read moreI moved out to Salt Lake City recently and the house we purchased was not wired at all. Tanner with Argenta was excellent at planning a way in which to wire ethernet and fiber throughout the house in a way that was minimally invasive. We also had speaker wire routed from existing speakers to a central location in the garage (along with the ethernet/fiber) with Sonos Amps, along with your typical TV/speaker mounting. The planning process was very smooth and excellent communication throughout. Tanner is a standup guy, very knowledgeable (even figured out a great small TV to fit in our kitchen perfectly). In addition, we had Starlink setup as a backup ISP given Comcast's inconsistency. Specifically on the install work, Tanner C (different Tanner) aka "TanC", and Ray, were my primary guys for all the onsite work. These two are rockstars, efficient, incredibly clean (no mess left whatsoever), smart (I only have to say things once and they just "get it") and are excellent at their craft. They really can work magic with an existing home, and went well beyond my expectations. If you have an existing house, I highly recommend these two (and obviously Argenta does new builds and I'm sure Tanner is great as a project designer for that as well).
