Instead they stuck a heavy wrench tool between hinge where the door meets the oven body and applied body weight pressure against the door -- which they said has worked for other customers it did absolutely nothing at all to fix our issue except to make everything worse. I just purchased my furnace less than a year ago and it quit working on one of the hottest days in Salt Lake. I called for service on Friday and was told that the soonest they would be able to get someone out would be Monday. Leaving me to either have to spend additional money that should be covered under warranty or wait until Monday with temperatures expected to be over 100 all weekend. Incredibly horrible customer service. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone as they will leave you to fend for yourself after giving them thousands of dollars for a new unit.

When the technician arrived, I'll admit he looked very young, like he had just graduated high school, so I wasn't sure what to expect--but it turns out he's been doing this for over 20 years. He was very professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with the fridge, and was extremely patient in answering my husband's many questions. A few days later, we noticed the ice maker still wasn't producing ice, so we called them back. The same technician returned, took another look, and determined there was a separate issue. Unfortunately, the necessary part was discontinued, and repairing it would have cost more than it was worth. He was upfront about that and even offered a refund for the part he had already replaced for the ice maker. Going into this, we expected the repair to cost a fortune and thought we might need to replace the fridge altogether. Thankfully, the repair ended up being very reasonable. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the honesty and professionalism. We had them come out to fix our fridge because it was making a weird noise and also they were coming out we decided to have them look at our ice maker. The guy that showed up looked like he was fresh out of high school and looked like he wouldn't know what he was doing, turns out he's been doing it for 20+. He was very professional,fixed the issue and very professional with my husband's 10 million questions.
