One of the cutest boutiques in the area without driving all of the way to Akron or Cleveland. Pretty reasonable prices. Their clothes are interchangeable from day to night and they have a great selection of gifts and jewelry, too. Thursdays are their happy hour and they have champagne! For their staff, I think it comes and goes in how they treat people. I've looked like a troll after a workout but wanted to pick up a couple of things and I was judged by the employees. They have really cute clothes and the people working can be helpful ..... to a point. We just moved to the area and my husband bought all my Christmas gifts here. Unfortunately their return policy is VERY short compared to many other places I shop. When I tried to return a pair of jeans that didn't fit properly they wouldn't take them back or even give me partial credit. SO buyer be aware of this and shop carefully for those you love because they don't work with you. Very disappointing!! I thought I had found a place for my husband to go but I guess not. I appreciate your response as the owner but I am unclear how a pair of jeans would not make the exception for a return that was 4 days over your extension. My husband was extremely excited when he thought he had found a store that he could feel comfortable in shopping for me. However this doesn't appear to be the case since shopping ahead of time doesn't work with your return policy. I regret recommending your local store to others since now I fear they will run into issues too. read more

Horrible. Never have broad range of sizes, cheap clothes, overpriced, and bad customer service. Couldn't return a $40 top because I was a week past the 30 day return. Workers did not offer store credit; simply took my money. Much better places to go than here. read more

Love this boutique and I usually find something with each visit. It is a boutique so limited amount of sizes are available so you need to get there fast if you see something you love! Options are unique and most items are within a reasonable price but on the higher end. Accessories, especially jewelry, seems overpriced so I haven't purchased anything in this area. Cute boutique that has a lot of potential. Styles are always hit or miss- I either find a few things I like or nothing at all. I've been here twice, including a couple weeks ago when the owner opened the store 20 minutes late on a Saturday. I come from a family of small business owners, and any good business owner knows that you absolutely must be there if you are scheduled to open. I understand things come up, but then you need a backup plan if you can't be there on time. On this day, I only waited because I pre-purchased an item and drove 40 minutes there to pick it up. Several other people parked, saw the closed store, and drove away. The owner nonchalantly apologized once she arrived. I had purchased a pair of shoes over the phone based on a photo of them that they had on Instagram. The shoes did not fit and didn't look as nice in person. I politely asked if I could just return them. (Remember, these shoes had never even left the store. I quickly tried them on at the register.) She acted like she had no idea what I was asking. I asked again. She said they didn't do returns. I asked how that was possible, reminded her that this was the first time I had even seen the shoes, and tried to politely ask again for my money back. She sounded very frustrated when she finally said all she would do would be to give me store credit. So now I'm stuck with store credit from a store that opens late and has a not-so-friendly co-owner. (Who is the only staff member I've ever seen at the store.) The boutique is very cute inside, and with a nicer staff/owner and a better return policy, I'd easily shop here often. Once I spend the store credit, I'll return to spending my money at boutiques where the owners are welcoming and kind to their customers. read more

Disappointed in the customer service at this boutique. My husband is a small business owner and knows the importance of treating customers fairly to maintain a thriving business. I tried to exchange a top which was given to me as a birthday gift 3 days after their 30 day return policy. I was hoping to exchange the top which was a little snug for a cute dress to take on vacation. The sales clerk simply said, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do!" How about talk to the manager or owner!! I bet she would hate to lose a customer (and her daughter who LOVES to shop!) I will now shop at local boutiques who appreciate my business. read more

Love, love, love this boutique! I used to shop exclusively "Express" in the mall but now I find every time I need a new piece of clothing I want to go to The District. Exceptional customer service and the clothing is unique and hand picked by the owners. If your in the green area and need a wardrobe upgrade definitely check out the district. Cute boutique, with somewhat unique pieces, but it is either a hit or miss. The biggest issue for me is that it is very overpriced and limited. Also, every time I have come in, the employees act snooty and do not say hello or offer to help. With a small boutique like this, it should feel more personal than what it does. read more
