If they're able to get a game up at all, it'll likely be well into the first quarter as happened tonight for the Thursday night NFL game. Had the same thing happen for a couple Griz games in the past month. Left polite feedback through their website (maxcasionandsportsbar.com) and received no response. Up until recently, the Max was a great place to catch a game. Anyway, they've fooled me more than once so shame on me.
