(books are good too but I like a teacher) Beth suggested we could benefit from her Reactive Dog Class and it changed our lives and that is no exaggeration. It was an hour drive and 100% worth it. Boots on the ground, in a group setting with one on one help. Not at all easy to find reactive dog classes like hers! First you have an awesome experienced trainer, her team is fantastic, a safe outdoor location where you can learn in real time the ways to help your dog (and you) feel more confident bc you have been there with Beth (Fiona and trusted helpers are great) with other dogs and owners. It was easy to schedule a "meet and greet" with Amy and Andrew, who are visiting our two dogs (a quiet 9-year old and a 5-year old with attitude; both sighthounds) about 3 times a week. Since then Amy and Andrew have taken care of our pups for the past month or so. They are both responsible and have the kind of calm personality that all dogs feel comfortable being around. They've followed all our instructions, provided very detailed updates and pictures, and taken good care of our doggies. So far I am very pleased with the service. We love our dogs like children and feel good about entrusting Amy and Andrew with their care.

We left two young lab mixes happy and healthy, and at the end of the week, they came back dusty, sad, and dejected. No sign of walks and playtime we've signed up for. When we called while we were away, it was hard to reach them. When we came to pick them up, we waited for a long time because no one was at the front. Turned out, a young girl (college age maybe) was passed out sleeping on the tall back chair, didn't know ppl were there, turned around facing the counter got up and said, "sorry I need to check on the dog I left drying." After she was fully awake, she (and I) went to get the dogs. The kennels were dark, blowing all kinds of dog hair and dust, and dogs on bare floor, unsupervised. Dogs sleeping on cold bare floor also wasn't nice (no blanket policy). It was sad to see a place for beloved pet family run that way, especially after a nice tour we had before we decided on this place. Seems like it improved based on recent reviews. Hope it continues that trajectory.

I picked the dogs up after a 9 day stay and was taken through the kennels to an attached outdoor yard to bring in one of my dogs. This was impromptu, and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of all the areas, as well as my dogs having time to run around while their kennel was being cleaned. I highly recommend this kennel to all dog owners.

Rachann the owner and her manager Michelle are great working with and communicating. When Max passed recently at 11 due to cancer they sent us a very nice card that meant so much. Maisey (4) has only ever known life with Mac by her side. This caused nervousness, confidence issues , and upset tummies for a few weeks. They were nice taking her up day camp with no notice and seeing that she got a bland broth and rice diet to help. Now her new little sister Cammy (10 months old) a rescue from North Carolina is getting her shots and stuff to clear the way for visits. Everyone from their staff can't wait to meet her. What my wife and I love is that they love our puppies nearly as much as we do. I wanted to say thanks so much for your care and compassion with Max! It made an impossibly hard time a bit easier knowing that he impacted their lives and to know they were sad as well. Our neighbors all trust Mariah-Belle with their dogs too. My dog loves the Day Camp activities. I've also boarded my 11 year old terrier and young Vizsla for long weekends. The staff catered to both their needs of spoiling and medicating my older dog and playing with my young dog. The owner and staff all truly love dogs! It shows in everything they do! You can really tell when your dogs jump out of the car and run to the staff! They truly care! Another reviewer commented on an illness outbreak earlier in the summer. If you take your dog to a park or a kennel, you are taking a risk. My young dog did pick up a virus only once in the last year. It wasn't kennel cough. And my older dog didn't catch the virus. It stunk to see him sick, but we humans pick up various colds from time to time. That said, I've never seen an owner be more diligent in resolving a problem. The staff immediately called to check on my dog. The owner called all the local vets to identify the type of virus and then immediately implemented a specific cleaning regimen to kill that particular virus. I've been kenneling my dogs over the last 25 years at a number of places. I trust Mariah-Belle Manor! My dogs love absolutely love going to Mariah-Belle!

The employees are friendly. Making an appointment for a week out is easily done. Out of all the times we have been there there haven't been any issues. Today was a bit different. Mugsy was shaved and a small cut was on his body. No mention of this to me. I found it after going over him when we got back home. The owner contacted me, apologized and did what she could to provide future service for Mugsy. If there is a problem bring it to the manager or owners attention and they will rectify the issue within reason.
