But this last time, they completely blew us away with their kindness, professionalism, and compassion. The day we were leaving for my sister's wedding, I got a call from the vet saying that one of my cats needed to start taking daily medication right away. Literally 30 minutes before I was about to board the flight to go out of town for a week. I was panicking and didn't know what to do. I reached out to Woofie's, and they immediately stepped in to help. They picked up the medication from the vet, coordinated with me about the prescription, and added extra visits on short notice so my cat could get her medicine right away. They communicated so quickly and clearly and made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. Once we were gone, they went above and beyond in every possible way. They stayed longer than scheduled to make sure my cat not only got her medication but also felt comfortable and cared for afterward. They brought different treats and wet food to help her feel at ease (always checking with me first), and they gave both of our cats so much love and attention. It's clear they don't just "do" pet care, they truly care about your animals. They're professional, reliable, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. I felt completely confident that my cats were in the best hands while I was gone. I don't usually leave reviews, but Woofie's absolutely deserves one on every platform possible. They're the kind of people you hope to find when trusting someone with your pets. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Both times scheduling was a breeze via text messages to them. They were able to work her in within a week from the request. They have been professional and took great care of her and listened well to what we asked for. I learned since her previous grooming then my giving her a bath in between about a month ago using the dog shampoo in the house that Tasha has dry skin as I noticed some flaking of dead skin on her coat. I had a dog lotion on hand as well that I started massaging into her coat every few days to help alleviate any discomfort and itching she had. When I brought her in yesterday I conveyed the information to the staff. And asked for a hydrating shampoo for her dry skin. Not only did I pick her up looking adorable and fresh but I received a text from my groomer letting me know they found some blackheads and clogged pores on her body and suggested instead of applying the lotion going forward, to bathe her with a special shampoo in between grooming and they sent me the link to it. I truly appreciated that extra care and attention to my sweet baby girl and ordered it immediately from Amazon. I will continue going to Woof & Wander for our grooming needs and would definitely recommend them! They have very reasonable prices and take great care of my dog. Thank you!

Additionally, Dr Will and Dr Heather have made themselves available multiple times at a moment's notice when my gut has told me something isn't right with one of my dogs. One of my dogs ate a pile of yarn and needed emergency surgery to remove the obstruction and Dr Will and Dr Heather made time for surgery to remove the blockage and she recovered fully. Additionally, when my 9 month old puppy needed surgery for eating rocks (Berners like to eat things they shouldn't...), they once again stepped up and saved her life.
