i found the staff really really rude. It took me a month to get an appt. then I called to let them know I was late due to car trouble and work. The woman was really rude, chastising me because I was late because she could have seen someone else who would be on time and then said to me "I'm only willing to take them because I need the money". Wow. I don't need to be yelled at. I said "you know what? I can find another place". Hopefully somewhere else that cares and not doing it just for money. read more

I have brought my Paws Dog, Reba, there for almost 5 years, I believe. They were always good to her and we left her there while we ate lunch, then picked her up in about an hour. She was never afraid to stay there without one of us, even the first time she was there. She looked good always, smelled good always, and the price was outstanding. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the last time she was there last fall of 2019, she came down with a very bad double ear infection which required her to go to the vet and give her medicine in her ears for about 6 weeks. So that was a pretty expensive grooming!!!! I called them about it thinking they probably got water in her ears, and they said they could put cotton in her ears. We didn't know if we wanted to take her back there after that, and I did make an appointment with a new grooming place that is really closer to where we live. We thought about it and thought about it, and today I was supposed to take her into the new groomers, but called and cancelled it. We decided we didn't want to stress her anymore with going to a new place, and we also decided to give Posh Pets another try. She seemed to like it there very much, except for the noise! I am calling today to make an appointment. read more

This is an ok place to bring your poochers. I thought they could of cleaned my pups eyes a bit better but the one thing I can commend them for.... My dog smelled AWESOME. I've never had her smell so NICE and so NOT LIKE A DOG... They get 5 stars for that....hands down. read more

They mixed up my time of appointment. When I walked into the door they said they already tried to call me, which was a lie. They called a wrong number. I was told they gave my appointment away and if I left my dog they could maybe fit her in sometime. Of course they disputed this encounter claiming they were much nicer than they actually were. These people seem great for a while to their regular customers, but don't trust them. We had been going to them since 2012 with a shih tzu-mix dog and with things being crazy the last year we had to wait longer than normal for an appointment (which we were fine with). We had an appointment set up a month in advance and only 2 days before the appointment they called us saying they wouldn't take our dog because he wasn't up to date on his shots. Our dog is up to date on his shots, but the vet has been behind with records. They wouldn't listen and canceled our appointment without even letting us fix the mistake! Regular grooming is important to our dogs health as he is old and needs to be groomed in order to be able to go to the bathroom cleanly or else he gets infections. They are aware of this as well, but they don't care about their animal clients health it seems. Please do not trust this groomer there are plenty of other place who do care about animal's needs and are willing to go above and beyond for your fur babies. read more

Have had some bad experiences with grooming for my goldendoodle. Kerri groomed her and it was amazing. Best cut she has ever had. They also let me drop her off before work and pick her up after work with no extra charge. They have amazing staff who care about your dog and are very compassionate. Love this place! read more

I've been bring my dogs here for years. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday am. I've been scheduling Friday am appointments since that works for my schedule. I received a call today to confirm my appointment for Thursday am... I cannot do that. They completely mis-scheduled me and are 'full' on Friday. They could not/would not honor the Friday am appointment. I agreed to bring one dog that really needs to be groomed for a mid-morning appointment, however I couldn't bring both dogs and then wait for the second one since I have prior appointments Friday afternoon. I would have to find someone else to groom the other dog in the near future. I was told the owner said if I'm not bringing both, then the one dog was not welcome... So basically now I have to find a new groomer. With scheduling lead times, I'm going to have one dog that is a mess since he really needs to be groomed every 5-6 weeks. It's a shame that they do business this way. They screwed up my appointment, and then were not flexible fixing the mistake. I was being as flexible as my schedule allowed. I really would not recommend doing business with someone that would put a dog in need of a grooming out like this because they made a mistake. Find another groomer if you want someone that will be reliable. read more

Spend the extra nine dollars and go to PetCo. When I walked into the place I had to take off my glasses because it was so damp in there. Dogs were in cages along the wall howling non stop. I didn't even fill out all of the paper work before I walked out. There's no way I would have left my dog there. read more

I brought my Samoyed here once. And I need to bring him in again. He was filthy. An yes, it took them all day, I'm surprised thats all it took with how dirty. I have taken him to other places and was very in satisfied in comparison. Prices seemed more than fair also. Ill be bringing my dog in again soon! read more

Took my Chiweenie Archie in for a flea dip and as a new customer I was greeted warmly by April. She informed us of all the cost and policies, etc. They took an appointment same day, and let us drop him off. Within a couple hours he was clean, flea free and even got his nails trimmed! He had a cute little bandana on too when we picked him up, and the cost was so reasonable! I will definitely be retuning. This place is great! read more

I brought my Persian cat in for a loin cut only and they gave him a bath, trimmed his nails, cleaned his ears and just gave him an overall trim that was extremely patchy and charged me for the full service. Thy where nice and "had 30 years of experience" but I personally won't be going back. read more

I'm not sure why the woman raved about the service but gave a rating of a 3 but this is the first place that is close to my house that did such an amazing job with my dog. They only took an hour & a half - good for my elderly dog - and did an amazing job. She was so much cleaner & happy to be groomed. I have a Lhasa that at times has high anxiety...the first time out for grooming he came home with such blood shot eyes I didn't dare touch him with fear that his eyes would burst...Posh Pet's was recommended by my vet..VCA Woodland..so I took him there...and WOW...what a difference...I also have a maltese...who is use to grooming and they both get such great care there...my boy Yordie has been there 3 time now and has never come home with blood shot eyes...they have cut both dogs the way I wanted and the prices are great...I give them 5 stars.... read more
