Over the past year I have been taking my dogs to Pappy's Pet Lodge usually about 3 days at week, and am so thankful to have found this place and most of all team that had helped me manage my dogs while going through a difficult time and commuting into the city. They have gone over and beyond being patient and flexible with me and my crazy schedule and am so thankful as it has made a difference taking my dogs to a place i know they enjoy with people that treat them well. The people there cared about my dog but they always came home wreaking of urine. Ace always comes home smelling fresh and clean. Frankie posts daily photos and videos and you can really see how calm and relaxed the atmosphere is. Ace is always so excited to see Frankie and seems a bit sad to go home lol. Frankie trained with Cesar Millan and she really helped Ace with his separation anxiety, leash pulling on walks, and potty training. I feel better knowing Ace will be with Frankie during the day while I am away.

We didn't realize it until now but he brought back kennel cough to our elder dog after his first visit. All worked out until latest boarding in April. We boarded our dog for two weeks. Two issues. First his AirTag was stolen. More worrying he has been dealing with kennel cough for over a month. Steroids did not help. He is on second round of antibiotics he's only 3 so not an age issue. Jd kennels tells me that no one would take air tag but how did it end up at dallas apartment complex? They told me no Other dog owners reported issues with kennel cough. But we didn't know what it was the last time. Hoping they can get us in touch with owners of dogs that were there at same time. I could not go on vacation with my family as someone has to stay with our dog. I will never board again!!!!
