Judson and Blaine were absolutely amazing -- patient, knowledgeable, and so good at explaining each step of the training process. They took the time to understand my dog's personality and tailored the sessions perfectly. You can really tell they love what they do and care deeply about the dogs they work with. In just a short time, I saw such a positive change in my dog's behavior. Walks are more enjoyable, recall is so much better, and our bond feels stronger than ever. The whole experience was worth every penny, and the ongoing support from the trainers has been awesome. If you're looking for results and a team that truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Sit Means Sit in Littleton especially Judson and Blaine. They're the best! Thank you guys so much !

After calling every possible training facility and trainer in the West Metro region, expressing major concern about Shadow having possible aggression issues, Jon + Judson + Blaine very patiently heard me out, answered every question I had, put my mind at ease, and also showed me that he does not in fact have aggression issues, just had some fear and needed to have his confidence built up. This was a stark contrast to a "professional trainer" (I will NEVER do business with nor recommend Canine Dimensions, particularly Summer Rhodes) who basically told me: (1) my puppy's behavior was beyond unnatural, and (2) I was not the right person for this dog, which was devastating to hear. Turns out my pup is a total love bug, very intelligent, and these guys were and are critical to my boy's development and learning. Thank you guys!!!

Quinn worked on potty training, staying on command, crate training, leash walking, and socialization with both dogs and cats. The progress Koda made in such a short time was incredible. What truly sets Quinn apart is her passion and genuine love for dogs. She treats every dog as if they were her own, and it shows in the care, patience, and dedication she puts into her work. We now have a fishtank with 2 frogs and 5 fish and we got everything from this store (moss balls, tank decorations, the animals themselves, food, chemicals, filters, etc.), I come here once a month for dog food, and we even did a beginner dog training class with Andrew, who I'm not sure is still there but he was excellent. Do your own research on fish. Some of the staff are very knowledgeable, others will just try to get you to buy something. They sold us a single neon fish that was actually a schooling fish and the salesperson said it would school with the other types of fish in our tank, which wasn't true, and I think that neon died of loneliness after a few months. I started out with one frog and specifically asked, do I need a pair, which they answered no, but turns out frogs need friends so I went back for a second and they are doing fine. Anyway, it's what you would expect! Staff are friendly and helpful but please do your own research.

If zero stars were an option, that's what this would be…read more We have a 4-year-old St. Bernard, roughly 210 lbs. We were not asking for grooming -- just a nail trim and grind and an ear cleaning. We brought him to this same location in June for the nail trim and grind with zero issues. Today, from the moment Samantha saw him, our dog was treated as an inconvenience. We were told they had "never seen this type of service" for a dog like him -- for a service this store had already performed in June. She was rushed with him and visibly irritated when he laid down on the floor. He's a giant breed with imperfect hips on a slick floor with no traction; getting up isn't quick for him. When my husband stepped in to help get him up -- which he did without difficulty -- they asked him to leave. They then failed to finish the service because our dog was, in their words, too difficult to handle. So we left with an incomplete nail trim after the one person who could actually get our dog up was told to walk away. Sara and Abel, both of whom identified themselves as the manager, informed us they will not service him going forward. No solution was offered first: no mat or non-slip surface, no offer to book him with a groomer experienced in giant breeds, and no willingness to let the owner assist. If you have a big dog, or any dog that might inconvenience these employees, I would not bring your animal here. A nail trim and ear cleaning should not be beyond a store that advertises pet services.

His behavior and fear far exceeded anything I could manage on my own, as nothing I did worked to help the Pup out. A friend of mine recommended Jenny. Jenny was amazing and God sent!!!! She supported me and gave me a lot of information on what to do to get our new found puppy to feel safe and come out of his shell. Through her walking me through what to do, contacting me to see how its going and her positive words the whole time, she was the catalyst for this puppy's recovery. Our new puppy went from being scared of us, Peeing himself when we were near and hiding in corners, to comming when I call, snuggling with me and playing all day long with his toys and our other dogs. He went from being the most sad soul I have ever met and transformed into a goofy and silly sweet boy. I accredit this to Jenny's information and guidance. He was a very extreme situation and it took a different approach and a level of understanding to get him to the place he is in now. Jenny comes highly recommended by myself and I would use her for any of my dogs or for any future needs because she is absolutely amazing!!! Cole is literally a life saver dog whisperer angel! I love my two doggos (papillon mix and an…read moreAustralian Shepherd), but admittedly they are the biggest nightmares with anyone coming over the house... maintenence guy, deliveries, you name it. As soon as there is a knock/ring at the door, they bark, jump, and are pretty much out of control. I've spent countless hours and at least two different professional trainers armed with every tool in the book, and seemingly only marginal progress if any (completely my fault I'm sure). Knowing this, figuring out what on earth I was going to do when I have to be out of town last minute for work turns into the biggest project and full on anxiety attack. I've boarded them at places like PetSmart pet hotel without issues, but wasn't comfortable with the level of care (or lack thereof) they received (going for "walks" only around the inside of the store instead of outside, spending the entire time in a super cramped dirty kennel, being charged for every single interaction, etc). Really not wanting to send them there again, I was hoping to find an alternative option where they could stay at home for my upcoming trip. When I lived in Boston we had THE BEST dog sitter (PetWatch Boston!) who we found on Yelp. So I went to Yelp once again, reaching out to any and all local options. Despite not having any reviews I still reached out to Cole just to give it a shot. He was super quick to respond, said he mostly does car detailing but has gotten into pet sitting on the side. Hmm... no reviews, and someone who admittedly only does dog watching on the side, watching what I'm convinced are two of the most challenging dogs in existence. I was skeptical FOR SURE, so I was honest and upfront about the behavior issues. Explaining that he's looked after all kinds of dogs, he still seemed super confident it would be no problem. Alrighty dude, if you say so! I had him come over for a meet-and-greet. Right off the bat, as soon as he rang the doorbell, the crazy barking started. I brought the dogs outside to meet him, and it only got worse. Lunging, barking, growling, the whole 9. Feeling completely defeated and embarrassed I apologized and said I wasn't sure if it was going to work out. Obviously the safety of whoever watches my dogs is my primary concern, and I definitely don't want someone coming over if I think there's a possibility they're going to get hurt. If I was Cole I would have left then and there, but he was shockingly SUPER patient and calm. And reassured me it really wasn't a big deal. He insisted he was fine, and turns out he wasn't lying! He took the time necessary for them to warm up to him being around, and after a while he was able to do a full-on "mock" visit; walked into the home by himself, leashed them up, and took them around the block with no issues whatsoever. I cannot overstate how much of a miracle this was. He even said they were sweet dogs! I'm completely and utterly blown away with how quickly he was able to make it work and I can't believe I'm saying this but I think we found our next miracle dog sitter. I've interviewed numerous local options but Cole was by far the easy choice to watch them for the majority of the next two weeks. I'll be updating the review accordingly but after this amazing initial visit I really don't think there will be any problems whatsoever and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cole 100%.
