Had to update to reflect the poor experience today. Customer service was not even good. Took a minute to even get helped and they were not busy so I don't understand why they weren't helping the customers (another party of 2 and myself) that were waiting inside. Then when I finally did get to order I was assisted by an older woman who wasn't very happy to be there so I can now see what others are definitely talking about in their reviews.The donuts that I was waiting to order were ordered by the person who came through drive thru :/ so I decided on others. When I brought them home the lady who placed them In the box put the heavier donuts on top of the glazed so those were smashed. Then it looked like the woman grabbed the maple bar fairly hard because it looks like she stuck her fingers in it (she used a gloved hand to grab the donuts). Hopefully your day gets better so customers receive a smile when they come to spend their money on your goods and importantly you use this review as constructive criticism to improve how you place the donuts in a box. Asked what kind of donuts they had because you cant see inside, instead of trying to answer she said "come inside" - whats the point of the drive thru... I've come here a lot for donuts and honestly they are some of the best donuts. Especially when they are fresh! The chocolate old fashioned donuts have been a favorite for some of my family members. I personally love the chocolate glazed! Another thing that is definitely worth getting is the ham and cheese croissant! I have yet to try any of their other breakfast sandwiches, but with how delicious the ham and cheese croissant is I wouldn't be opposed to trying something else. The ham and cheese croissant is so fluffy and has the perfect amount of cheese and ham ratio! The place does have a drive through, which I have never been through. Once you go inside it is a pretty small store, but cozy! They have outside seating which is nice on a nice day. Every time I have gone the store is always busy with people but the workers definitely work hard to get to everyone and get people out in a timely manner without you feeling rushed. Holy Donuts! OK first of all, a drive thru donut shop? Umm yes please! Lets go in order of my experience... the wait time in the drive thru line was minimal. There was only car ahead of me, and they didn't take long at all. When it was my turn I was greeted at the window by a VERY sweet girl. I told her it was my first time at the shop and she was very patient and helpful while I made my choices. My whole time there was probably less than 5 minutes start to finish. When I got home and opened the box you could just smell how fresh they were! I'm convinced my kids smelled them in their sleep and that's what woke them up! They were so fresh and soft they practically melted in your mouth when you took a bite. I got my hubby a bearclaw and he said it is definitely one of the best ones he's had. My family was very happy that I brought them donuts, and I for sure earned cool points! Haha! We will be making this one of our regular spots! read more

These really are the best donuts around. I buy 3 dozen donuts here every Sunday and bring them to church for the people who come early. Everyone who eats them, including me of course, raves about them! And there are some older people who really know donuts in that group, too. My family and I literally love this location. Everything is so delicious the only issue I've ever had is this morning 8/17/21. The lady at the window had the worst attitude. From the moment I wanted to order a croissant she told me it was an available which there is no problem with but I proceeded to order a donut and when I pulled out my credit card to pay she's scoffed at me. However they have a breakfast sandwich with ham sausage or bacon either on a croissant or bagel with choice of cheese! These are so large that my two kids are able to split one... and I just have to get my own even though I'm completely full afterwards it's so good!
