BANNING's BEST DONUTS! I've made it a habit to come here on my way to work because they're that good! Just the other week I stopped by three mornings in a row to grab a breakfast croissant, cold drink, and donut. I highly recommend their turkey, egg, and cheese croissant. It's flaky and delicious. Their iced coffee is spectacular, it has the perfect sweetness. They also sell smoothies, milk, tea, and canned drinks. As for donuts, I'm obsessed with their chocolate bars and white frosted chocolate chip donut. I stop by in the morning and everything is fresh. The guy who runs the front is very professional and friendly. I've generally gotten good vibes coming here. There's tables inside, it's a little tight but I've enjoyed a donut in here and was comfortable. Donut Factory is right off the 10 freeway and on Ramsey. It's perfect for a morning pit stop and easy to visit. read more

Came back for more donuts and there was a change in staffing. There was a lady there that was very short with us and rushed us to get our donuts. Then she asked me to sign the receipt and asked "Is that how you sign?" What kind of question is that? I would have shopped for more food and drinks but since customer service was not good I just wanted to get out of there. Not coming back. read more

Clean , organized, professional young lady served us today. There was an error and I apologize my best got away from me. This employee offered to make amends unfortunately being an employee she is limited in conflict resolution with a customer. She is not allowed to make a call to benefit the business. Manager had stepped out of the business. I give 5 star because of the awesome employee. She fixed the situation and I hope to follow up on another visit to find out she did not end up paying for the error. Valuable employees are hard to find. Recently retired from Management after 27years. I know the importance of the profit line. Valuable employee who give an awesome experience and service and service should be recognized they are your profit line. Give her the ability to make judgement calls on the spot when management is not on the premises. read more

The young American lady working was wearing air pods while taking my order, and she had trouble listening to my order. I had to repeat myself multiple times. Her tone was very rude as well. I haven't tried the donuts yet, but I will not be coming here for donuts again. read more

We wanted to support small business and searched for coffee and donuts place on our way back home. But the people here are ROBBERS !! We asked for a mocha hot coffee and they made a cold mocha smoothie. We said we asked for a hot one so the man and the lady at the counter started arguing and then made us a hot coffee. We asked for a refund of the difference and lady started yelling and being rude saying we don't give money back it's your fault ! Omg this is the worst customer service ever and they are a thief . I really don't want to let people know about this hidden gem of a doughnut place! Live in the desert and drive back out just for these goodies! They do make the best doughnut and always fresh. The female new owner is so moody and rude. Her accent is so thick I cannot understand her. I turned in a lottery ticket and yelled at me to scratch the bottom. I had trouble understanding and she puts the ticket inches from my nose. I told her you do not need to be rude.smh. I am always in support of mom and pops but if you are going to be rude because you are having a bad day to a long time customer then I will take my business to someone else who is nicer and appreciates your business. Stopped in for some donuts twice this past month and the first time a young gentleman helped me and was pleasant. I felt the price was a little high for donuts but the donuts were tasty. So I went about two weeks later and a lady with attitude helped me. The prices for a dozen are hanging and for speciality donuts there is an additional fee (which I was told before is for bear claws, apple fritters etc) so I decided none of those this time around. So the lady gave me the total and it was almost 15 dollars so I asked how did that come to that? She responded lemon filled, raspberry filled etc.. French curlers extra.. I have never been anywhere that charges me extra for those type of donuts. The first time I went the male explained apple fritters etc were extra which makes sense they are twice the size and a specialty donut. She hurried up and said well I can take them out (with attitude) at this point im like whatever get the donuts and never go back. I already spent the time picking them. But I got this odd feeling the lady is over charging certain customers.. As im getting my keys out, the next customer in like orders a coffee and an apple fritter and she tells him 1.85? I stopped in to have afternoon coffee and doughnuts with my family. The girl behind the counter poured our coffee from an old pot probably hours old since the coffee was like mud (very black and bitter). Then she proceeded to make a fresh pot. My father ordered a blueberry turnover and it was so tough and hard to chew. My apple fritter was not fresh either, as a matter of fact, it was hard, stale and crunchy. I only ate 1/3 and threw the rest away. My mum's chocolate cake doughnut was awful as well. All the chocolate flaked off on the table as she attempted to break the doughnut in two. Our total cost was something like $7.50. When I asked for a few shots of fresh coffee in my cup, the female clerk said "That will be fifty cents extra." I was SHOCKED!!!! Coffee is 100% profit and she couldn't even give me 1/3 refill from a fresh pot?!? BTW, when we arrived, the tables were soiled with liquid spills and crumbs. It was like 90 degrees outside and the inside of the shop was as hot as it was outside. She also want to charge for individual coffee creamers. To anyone wanting a fresh doughnut. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. I'll be surprised if it's still open in a year from now. read more

I consider myself a local donut afficionado. I have tried nearly every donut shop in Banning, Beaumont, Yucaipa, and surrouding areas. By far, the Donut Factory has the best donuts. Their glazed twists are divine. I hypothesized that they must contain ground up koala bear since they taste so rich and fluffy. Joking aside, they are very good. These donuts are amazing! I have tried a lot of different donut shops but this one has by far the largest variety and best quality. I don't know if it's because it is family owned, but they really put a lot of effort into their craft. I love chocolate covered donuts but I have to say my favorite donut is the old fashioned glazed buttermilk! Paired with one of their ice blended coffees was delicious! I didn't know they had sandwiches here as well or else I would have eaten lunch there because they looked pretty good!
