I love the donut house!!! Amazing fresh delicious donuts and the power is so nice and pleasant!!! The customer experience always brings me back for more! The guy who owns this is wonderful... and the cronuts are a full out 11 out of 10 (croissants mixed with donut). It's like a cold, perfectly textured doughboy. The one star off is because one of the people working there was not exactly what I would call customer centric. I was like... 'yeah, I'll come back later'. It wasn't even just to us... but the people in front of me. I had bookmarked this donut shop awhile ago. And finally made an appearance a few weeks ago as I was up early enough. We even stopped by on a Saturday and there was a line out the door. Our purchase was strawberry, glazed, maple and sprinkles. The two young men that worked there were kind and efficient. The guy in front of me ordered glazed so when I ordered. So what does it take for a donut place to get five stars... For starters, the service needs to be kind and quick, which I did experience here. The ambiance is nothing special, but what do you expect for a donut place which brings us to the actual food... Pretty good variety of donuts and the taste was pretty solid. So far, we've earned four stars. The thing that moved the donut house to five stars would be its fritters. I went to see how good the apple fritter was because I've heard good things. it was pretty much delicious. I guess if I had to change anything, it would be a few more chunks of apple in it but I haven't had much better. They also have other flavors of fritters which is pretty awesome. I tried out the pineapple, and was very impressed. The donut house will get my business again. Hoping that it was a one time error... I ordered a filled Long John again, and again, I'm disappointed. What used to be a donut filled end to end, now appears to be a donut filled with a tiny amount of cream, only at each end, in case the pic doesn't show, not a lick in the middle. Heard this place has the best fritters so had to make a stop on a snowy Sunday morning. I was imagining just an apple fritter but was pleasantly surprised to see they offered 4 different flavors & a bear claw, all massive! I went for the claw & the traditional apple fritter & my husband got a twist & sugar donut. All of them smelled & tasted fresh, were large portions, the employees were really nice, & they had a large variety of donut choices. We will definitely be back to try more! read more

I called in Monday to place an order for my wedding for 2 dozen gluten free donuts. I called to confirm the morning of, Thursday, and they had lost the order but confirmed. I came in to pick them up, and he "forgot" and then told me he didn't have enough! He told me to go to the other location, and they could do it. Horrible. Ordered 6 dozen donuts on a Sunday to be ready for a graduation party the next Wednesday. Paid at the time of my order, over $200. I left all of my information on a note and witnessed the owner staple the note and receipt together and he told me they'd be ready at noon on Wednesday. My husband went to the store at noon that next Wednesday to pick up the donuts. When he got there, the donuts weren't ready and whoever was working there at that time (not the owner) had no idea about the order and seemed panicked. The worker went in the back and boxed up 6 dozen donuts. When the donuts were served later that day, at least 1/2 of them were stale, hard as a rock and inedible. We think they didn't make enough for our order and gave us day old or older product. We stopped by the shop the next morning with one of the donuts to show them how stale the donuts were and to complain. The owner wasn't there (had just left) but we were promised a call to discuss. We received no call. My husband returned to the store the next week to again talk to the owner. The owner wasn't there but we were promised a call. No call received. I called last week and asked for a call by Friday. No call. I'd strongly recommend against ordering donuts from the Donut House! read more

I read the reviews and thought I would give this place a try. I called the day before to order 2 dozen doughnuts, thinking to save time if they were busy. No one was in the shop at 8:30 in the morning. Order was not ready. Only a young girl was there working. I was charged almost $50 for two dozen doughnuts. The coffee was watered down and tasted horrible! The doughnut I tried was a bit greasy. The place was a tad bit dirty in the waiting area. In addition, they had no napkins! Great donuts and BY FAR my favorite donut shop in Parker! I would highly recommend this place if you are not an early bird... I have been frequently visiting this donut shop about twice a month for the past year but twice in the last 2 weeks I have been left sitting outside the shop entrance at 6:10 staring at the open @ 6 sign waiting for the shop to open and ultimately leaving in frustration without any donuts. I love The Donut House! I love going in and having actual fun selecting what I want. I enjoy that I can get a donut filled with whatever filling they have available which can be lots of fun. I have gone in when they are super busy, but I am told thank you for being patient while they take my order. It reminds me of donut shops I used to go to in the Midwest when I was a kid. The Donut House seriously has one of the best, and I mean best, glazed donuts I've ever tried! It's not super fluffy, but the dough is beautifully made with the perfect amount of yeast and just insanely satisfying and filling and not overly sweet and... You just gotta try it! Oh and bonus points, they have keto donuts!!! With 2 grams of net carbs! When we stopped by yesterday they had keto donuts in pumpkin spice, vanilla and chocolate flavors. They're of course more pricey than other donuts (almond flour and sweeteners like allulose, monk fruit extract, etc aren't cheap) and smaller (almond flour doesn't really rise much) but we thought all three tasted fantastic. Again, not overly sweet but very satisfying, especially when you're on keto. My fav surprisingly was the pumpkin spice (which I really don't care for usually as a flavor) and husband enjoyed the vanilla. Chocolate was excellent too. Honestly you gotta just stop by and try. The one off of Cottonwood is newer and cleaner, larger if you want to sit in during non-Covid times. I placed my order online and did a pickup. There was one small error in the order, but not a big deal. The one off of Parker near Dartmouth is much older and smaller and could use a serious deep clean/face lift. Great service! We had never been to The Donut House before, so the owner gave us a sample of a mini croissant donut? I'd never had this before but it was delicious! We proceeded to order several different varieties based on the owner's recommendations, including a maple and and Oreo donut. So far, everything we've tried has been great. They also fill the donuts fresh for you as you order them, so I had a cinnamon donut filled with cream cheese frosting.. so good! The prices are great and it's local to Colorado. I went to Donut House today because it's National Donut Day. As usual the owner was incredibly friendly and shared the specials with me. I chose special #2 13 donuts for $10. I just picked out 13 original glazed and also got a bear claw, cronut, and a chocolate sprinkle donut for my son. The owner gave us extra donuts for free on top of that as well as a discount. He was so kind and appreciative of our business. The donuts were, and usually always are, delicious. If you haven't had a cronut or cro hole, get there and get one! They're so good! read more
