She was incredibly patient and understanding with us as first-timers, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. Gaby also trimmed Luna's nails which was an add-on service and so worth it! The entire place is spotless -- everything is sanitized, organized, and thoughtfully set up. I loved that each station is fully fenced in, so you have your own private space. All the shampoo, conditioner, and rinse come straight out of the nozzle, which makes washing super simple and mess-free. Everything is intuitive and clean, and the equipment is clearly well maintained. Luna came out SO soft, clean, and smelling amazing -- honestly better than expected given this was our first self-wash. I now have a whole new appreciation for groomers and dog wash owners after doing the process myself! Highly recommend Quick Paw Wash to anyone in the area. We'll definitely be back.

The initial interview went great - we could tell right away she was a pro and would take great care of our girls. And we were not disappointed. She did everything we asked, including feeding the girls on their trays [don't judge! :-) ] and putting out their treats. She made sure she connected with both of them every day, even though they're both really shy with strangers. When we got home we got a little report card of notes that Crystal left after every visit. It really showed she cared and handled our kitties with great attention to detail. And she was so sweet when she returned our key. We'll never schedule with anyone else again! :-)

He came home and for the past two days has been vomiting and had diarrhea. It seems either because the people stressed him out or because he caught something there that he has gotten sick with, and now I have to see if my vet can fit him in today. Furthermore I know the report cards are misleading because his second day supposedly he had stool, urine, and was eating but when I picked him up his chart said he had only eaten once in four days. The Webcam was also turned off several times, so now I'm worried that he was already sick there and they were hiding that from me. Especially considering the price, I 100% *do not recommend* this place at all. These people are dishonest and not worthy of your money.
