Every booking, every pet, every time: more signatures and "agreements" than a mortgage closing. Somewhere there's a lawyer who's never met a dog and decided the real threat to this business is the guy who's paid them loyally for three years. You carefully fill out the entire grooming form online, pick every option -- then show up and they shove a paper copy across the counter to sign the exact same thing again. And after all that paperwork, they still claim they don't have the phone number they've had on file for three years and called me on before. Let's put this in perspective. I can order dinner to my door in two taps -- Reorder, Apple Pay, done. A stranger drives hot food across town on the strength of my thumbprint. But dropping off dogs these people have known for three years apparently requires a signing ceremony and a fresh liability waiver every single visit. In 2026, that's not caution. That's a business that's forgotten how to trust its own customers. And then there's the membership -- the crown jewel of contempt. They took a system that worked and actively torched it. Gone are the daycare credit packs: fair, flexible, buy-what-you-need, the way a business treats people it respects. In their place, a pricier monthly "membership" that auto-drafts your card whether your dog walks through the door or not, with no rollover for the days you paid for and never used. Read that again: you pay, they keep it, your dog gets nothing, and they call it a perk. It's not a membership -- it's a standing withdrawal from your bank account with a bow on it. It punishes the exact people who kept this place in business: the regulars whose lives don't run on a fixed weekly schedule. Some months my dogs come once, some months five times, because that's how actual life works -- and this program is built to make sure I lose either way. It doesn't serve pets. It doesn't serve owners. It serves a spreadsheet, and it treats every loyal customer as a recurring charge to be maximized rather than a person to be valued. It is, top to bottom, the most openly hostile "loyalty" scheme I've ever been asked to fund. When customers spend more time signing forms and fighting your billing than petting their dogs, you're not a pet resort -- you're a law firm with a kennel attached. Take your pets somewhere that still remembers what the word "customer" means.

There have been several changes implemented due to new ownership: 1) They no longer have cage free grooming and they put our dogs into kennels while they wait for us to pick them back up 2) Prices have gone up about 2-3 times due to the rise of inflation which is understandable but wanted to share to other dog owners for awareness 3) They use an assembly line process for grooming which is faster so our large dogs are typically in and out within ~2 hours Although our doodles typically came out well groomed for the most part, they both began to dread coming in and felt more anxious than usual, which wasn't a good sign to us. Additionally, the new front desk staff (male) could work on his customer service etiquette as he has came off as condescending multiple times to both myself and my husband regarding the care of our dogs. Our other friends who also brought their dogs here have shared similar sentiments. This is not their fault, but the location can be challenging to get to during traffic hours (they close at 4PM Monday through Saturday) since it's right on 50 and a lot of cars are going out west.

He was just rude and unkind, unlike previous owners. He would go on and on about how he was there from out of state bc his mom was unwell so I also felt bad for him, but I was also on a tight schedule. I just found this to be extremely unprofessional. Get this- I tried something new with my pup for the first time and had his tail Colored ( safely of course bc this is practically my Son). The man comments- he's not a fan of Color but to each their own. That owners who dye their dogs should do their research on how bad it is for their pets... uh really? I just ignored his unwarranted opinion but was quite upset by it. 4. going to trust myself and my pups initial reaction when picking him up. He use to love Going to the groomers and now he's terrified. 5. I paid extra for teeth cleaning which I could tell was not done and they did not trim his dewclaws which was previously always cut. At pick up, even though I was trying to get out of there as much as my dog was, the man proceeded to lecture me about taking care of my dog at home, so that he is not so matted, and that is why they had to shave him all the way at this point, I was so traumatized I just wanted to get the heck out of there, so I just paid and left as unhappy as my pup was. Oh and before I could finish paying the man asked if I was going to tip bc it is customary... really!?! I'm in the service industry I'm well aware... Never going Back - sad about the changes!

Scheduling with Woofie's is so easy and they are super duper responsive. Our dog walker is usually Dana and she is so so great. Our somewhat aloof cavachon loves her and she leaves the best recaps and pictures of her visit online for us to check out. We feel like our little boy is in very good hands. Whenever we need to cancel or reschedule it is super easy to request online and, again, Woofie's is super accommodating, friendly, and responsive. We are somewhat picky dog parents and cannot say enough good things about our experience with Woofie's. We plan to be loyal customers for many, many years to come and highly recommend you check them out if you are looking for dog sitting/walking services. Our frightened little girl did very well with Katie, who is now grooming our new Maltese. Katie is completely professional and courteous, extremely accommodating to our schedule, and understanding when emergencies happen. The veterinarian at this place is unbelievable. I went to him with an emergency, they had found a…read moremass in my little girls stomach. It was blocking her from eating. I called around trying to get an appointment somewhere anywhere for endoscopy and biopsy. And no exaggeration, I called from Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia to Ohio to try to find someone who could do a endoscopy and biopsy right away. My dog had already gone a few days without eating. I am talking about all the emergency centers as well the life center and all other emergency, veterinarian hospitals. The problem was, it was a Friday and no one was going to be back until Monday. This was Friday.I need a doctor for internal medicine to do the scope and biopsy . I found a place in Cascades that could do endoscopy but not a biopsy. They could take something out of the dog stomach, for example sock a toy a chewy anything that was lodging in somebody's belly, but they could not do a biopsy or remove a tumor. I promise you I called maybe 25 places. Everyone every office I talked to could only give me advise that I can put her in the emergency and keep her there until Monday so the Vets keep her alive till they could look at her . That is a internal Medicine doctor can look at her and then if they could possibly fit her in for endoscopy, but as they were looking at their books and with seven different dates the closest date I can get it for the endoscopy was August 11. Now this is a dog who has not eaten in a few days is going downhill rapidly, I asked the one tech that was a tech in the urgent care. If there was absolutely anything they can do on an emergency basis. She said that she cannot promise me that . They will look at her on Monday and if they can fit her into the schedule, then they'll do it as soon as they can. I might be wrong about this, but I was not willing to take that chance and then not have anything done all weekend on top of it to be charged anywhere from $1500 a day to $3000 a day to keep her own fluids and alive until the vet had time to operate. I cannot believe that I am living in United States of America and we can't get a veterinarian to take care of our dogs after we pay insurance pay their astronomical bills and do everything we possibly can do for the betterment and health of our dogs. They're always encouraging. Do a rescue dog get a rescue dog so you get a rescue dog and what happens you pay the insurance you make your appointment but as soon as you need a veterinarian, it's either $10,000 $5000 or you're just out of luck. I am sick to death of this. I am so sorry for anyone out there. That's a veterinarian that is not like this and could've done something to help me, but please make yourself known in the community so we at least know we have one place to go that we don't have to go mortgage at our house for.
