Our somewhat aloof cavachon loves her and she leaves the best recaps and pictures of her visit online for us to check out. We feel like our little boy is in very good hands. Whenever we need to cancel or reschedule it is super easy to request online and, again, Woofie's is super accommodating, friendly, and responsive. My kids and I rushed back to Sterling (we were in DC at the time) and spent the evening combing the neighborhood where he was lost and putting up flyers. It was a horrible, stressful evening. Thankfully, a stranger found him and called us the next morning (our number was on his tag). The dog sitter and the owner of the company helped us look for the dog and seemed truly sorry, especially the dog sitter whose home he escaped from. I know she felt badly, but still - he shouldn't have been able to escape from her back yard! He should have been on a leash, especially since he was new to her. Upon my request, they reimbursed me the $40 I gave the man who found him.

It's more convenient (and cheaper!) than boarding them, and our kitties are much happier. The sitters also scoop the litter boxes, play with the cats, and bring in our mail. We especially love our current sitter, Rachel. We use Joyce and she is great! I have to admit I was worried at first about letting a stranger into my house and relying on that stranger to be there every scheduled day. When I met Joyce on the introductory day, I was instantly relieved and those worries went away. Not to mention you could immediately tell she was great with dogs and my puppies took an instant liking to her. I am just starting to get my puppies out of the crate and I really rely on Joyce to not only get them out of the house (and take get some of that energy out) but also to put them in their crate for the second half of the day. Joyce has not failed me yet!! She even took all of my overly protective obnoxious text messages ensuring that everything was going okay the first week. Joyce has gone the extra mile and I know I can count on her! Donna has been great to work with too, she answers my emails promptly and makes sure everything is in order.
