They are incredibly reliable and do a great job of keeping our yard clean. If they cannot come due to inclement weather, they don't charge you. The price is super affordable - it's $6 a week and $1 for each extra dog. There is no additional charge for large yards or large dogs. Since it is a small business they only accept cash or checks.

I still haven't heard back from this company. The poor communication and billing errors are simply egregious business practices and I hope this company can eventually address these issues and improve themselves so they can become successful.
