I've been wanting to come to the Dough Show for ages. And the food did not disappoint. I was a little surprised it was set up more like a fast food restaurant as far as ordering, but the quality of the food is definitely there. The service is quick and efficient. The babaganoush and falafel were spot on. The Egyptian pizza did not disappoint. And the burger was pretty tasty. Between two of us, we still had plenty of food to take home.

Great food today! We had the chicken kofte platter and the mixed shawarma platter. The rice is delicious- meat all good! The hummus, salad, tabouli and baba ganough all good- just a little heavy with the lemon on the salads. The service was friendly and nice. I love the pizza fire oven and the ambiance great! This food is authentic and yum- try it out!

After our concert at the Yuengling Center ended around 10:15 pm, we were looking for a late dinner spot and came across The Dough Show. We called ahead and ordered the Chicken Shawarma Bowl and the Chicken Kofta Bowl. When we reached the restaurant, our to-go order was ready in about 5-10 minutes. At home, we enjoyed the bowls along with sides of Baba Ghanoush, Hummus, Salad, and Coleslaw. The chicken in both bowls was flavorful, cooked perfectly, and the sides paired well with the meal. Since we were hungry after the concert, the portions were filling and satisfying. Overall, the food was delicious, well-prepared, and perfect for a late-night dinner.

The Dough Show seems to consistently get good reviews, so perhaps I caught them on an off day, but service was very, confusingly, slow - my wife's bowl came out 15 minutes before mine, and her beef was served cold. There was no ice in the soda machine, had to ask for silverware. Food was just okay - seems like any place called The Dough Show, should include a pita w/any entree. Dining room was nice & tidy, and clearly required significant investment.

I would said this is Egyptian pizza. The name of dish in the store call it Savory Feteer. It is a dough with meat or sweet infilling. That is a must get items. The restaurant also has regular kababs. We got the dough show. It is almost a 14" pizza size. The infill is interesting. Ground beef, sausage and pastrami. It is good taste. I like the dough. I also like the cheese. Overall is good. Definitely is the new discovery item in Bay Area.

The food is fresh and well prepared! Ordered at the counter, she gave me suggestions for dips on my rice bowl! Food came out fast and fresh! Used the restroom while I waited, all was clean and neat.

I used the self order kiosk to order a falafel wrap and fries with a bottle of water. The team members here were cool and showed a lot of hospitality. The dough show will probably be getting more of my dough because the food was really good. Ambiance of the establishment is very clean and new. Oh and the Strawberry Tira Misu is bussinnnnn! Go spend some dough at the dough show, yo stomach will thank you!

Lunch break here was a good one! A lot of co workers have came here & I finally tried it . Decent size parking lot with ADA ramp which was a plus to see. They have an outdoor seating area that is covered . The place had a nice scent inside of it that wasn't overbearing but didn't have you smelling like food either. They have options to order with a person or either on 2 different kiosks. They sell cold pressed juices for $6.99. I got the chicken swarma minis and it came with fries and some other veggies . The staff offered an Arabic hot sauce which was good. I enjoyed my husbands falafel wrap. The fries were hot n crunchy! I prices were decent!

    Dubai Feteer. Delicious!

We stopped into the Tampa Dough Show this week, and I'm glad we did. We got the Mixed Shawarma Feteer and the Dubai Feteer. First off, I think they're missing a trick not using the tagline, Feteer, Egyptian for Pizza," but at any rate, I preferred the beef to the chicken shawarma. The Dubai feteer was phenomenal and frankly even more delicious the next day. Inside is pistachio cream and Nutella. There's no chunks of pistachio or shredded phyllo. I was a little disappointed with that. Perhaps an idea for the future? But both of the Feteer were not as exciting as watching their Fatari, which I now know is the Egyptian equivalent of a Pizzaiolo. He was amazing. Ali, the owner came over to check on us persoBally. And he could not have been more welcoming. Definitely check them out!

This place was fantastic! The service was amazing, and the food came out relatively quickly. The food was super hot, and it tasted fresh! I do enjoy the ambiance of the place, although it is modeled like a fast food restaurant. The restaurant was a little bit more on the expensive side, but because of the portions you get, the price is honestly worth it! The dough was very crispy, and the amount of cheese in each piece was fantastic! I did like 'the dough show' order the most!

Mixed grill platter with baba ghanoush and tabbouleh

We had a fun experience trying this unique shot. We went with a group and tried a bit of everything. The savory feteer was basically like a quesadilla. We tried the chicken and it was good. The mixed grill platter was very good, and we all agreed the ground lamb was the best meat. The falafel was good, but not something I'd order again. The hummus was very good and I really enjoyed their interesting version of baba ghanoush. It was nicely fire roasted with walnuts on top. Their Taziki had a strong chemical (citric acid) taste and their garlic sauce was heavy on the yogurt and too light on garlic.

We got a beef and chicken shawarma feteer. It tasted pretty good. The size was big. It tasted almost like quesadilla, but it is better than quesadilla because the skin was multi-layer, thin and crispy. The filling was full of cheese, beef and chicken shawarma. The sitting area was nice and clean. Service was good. They also have cool dessert menu. One feteer was already big enough for two of us, no more room for dessert. Next time maybe. Finally, this town got new food idea. Feteer is a very interesting dish. I did enjoy it.

If you have been thinking about trying this place you definitely should! It is an experience. It was fun watching them prepare the feteers and trying this Egyptian style of pizza. Everything was flavorful and the portions were large so plan on sharing with a friend. I was thankful for Ali who helped us navigate some of the items on the menu that we were not familiar with. We ended up taking his pizza recommendation and it was delicious. Also the dessert feteer is a must! The Alexandria was AMAZING. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and it was very busy. There were a lot of kids here which made it a very noisy experience. Just a heads up if that not your thing. Overall I would say it was definitely worth the experience.

Had the large mixed shawarma feteer split between two people and had enough for us to enjoy lunch the next day.

Sometimes I get salad instead of fries, but today was that kind of day. The falafel is fresh perfectly fried extremely tasty. The hummus is their usual high-quality homemade version. Lamberger came out piping hot, juicy on a fresh bun and the fries are delicious. I also ordered an unsweetened iced tea and that came out just fine exactly the way I like it ice cold. Even though I sat outside and it's a bit noisy here and a bit hot. I really don't care because I do love this place. If something goes wrong here, make sure to tell them right away and they'll fix it. They're very good. Finally, let me just say how much I appreciate the consistency on your Quality as well as the freshness of their ingredients at all times. As usual, highly recommended!

I'd hate to go against the many great reviews, but I wasn't impressed with the Turkish dishes. Firstly the name is deceiving. It should be called "Tazza Turkish, Mediterranean, Greek, Italian and other international food". And yes, I know I should've picked up on that bit of knowledge from viewing the menu - I get it. On the food - the hummus and tzatziki apps were good , except the pita bread were just reheated pitas found at the local Publix. The coconut shrimps were not coconut. The mixed grill was ok. Lastly the kunefe was eh.. The Turkish coffee was good. Overall not impressed with the Turkish food. It wasn't terrible just not as authentic as I expected. And quite overpriced

There are 6 tables inside and two outside for done in seating 24-30. It is a bit cozy inside. They offer Shawarma in both beef and chicken and either "loose" or wrapped in pita with some vegetables. There are combos that add fries and sodas. I got the Beef jumbo combo for $17. The shawarma wrap is cut in half and is about 7-8 inches long if not cut. The fries are fresh and hot. They give you 2 tablespoons worth of white garlic sauce which is nice. I used it for both the wrap and fries. They only have sodas from a company called Matrix. Apparently,it is an Iraqi company located in Jordan. I tried the "blue" one since it appeared to be the default. It tasted like a standard Coke but with 20 percent lime flavor added to the formula. I liked it but your mileage may vary. The soda is 8 oz not 12 oz like here. There are also some pickled vegetables included. The wrap itself is very tightly wrapped and stable unlike the very delicate Chipotle burritos which threaten to bisect themselves at a moments notice. The beef is fresh and spiced though not spicy. The pita is crispy which is different from other places in Tampa which is nice. I would recommend dining in if possible. There is plenty of parking and it is open Sundays. It is closed Mondays. It is not a quiet place with many kids running around so keep that in mind. I'm not a super shawarma expert but ths is one of the better establishments in Tampa and is a good value for the money.
