I believe the burger patty was the cheap frozen kind you get at Sams or Costco. Her pizza was enjoyable but my burger was way overcooked and bland. Second visit Came here with family. FIL ordered the supreme style pizza and it seemed like none of the peppers or onions were even cooked. I think they were just thrown on the pizza to get it out to the table. I had the philly and again it was way overcooked and the inside of the bun was burnt. My son got a burger even though I warned him of my last experience. Yeah he was disappointed as well. Daughter got the GF cheese pizza. Most everything was lukewarm to cold when it got to the table. The fries were so overdone there was almost no potato left inside. It seems like GF pizza is about the only thing that is done well here. Our server was very nice and she did a great job! You seriously need to train your kitchen staff to cook and not burn stuff. For the prices you should be making stuff fresh and not using frozen from Sysco. Do yourselves a favor and go to a chain restaurant or something. Drive out of your way to avoid this place.

From a beer standpoint, this is one of the top breweries in Tennessee. They are well known nationally, as well. The building is a warehouse looking structure on the outside, but they have nicely decorated the tap room. Ample seating both inside and out and they have bands on some weekends. I have tried the flatbreads, a couple of sandwiches, and the Dinosaur wings (only kidding, but they are the largest chicken wings they can buy, so ample sized). I prefer the wings most of the time - except their rendition of Nashville Hot - but this time opted for a meatball sandwich. If you are trying to be an Italian food afficianado, this might not be in, but the sauce works well with these meatballs and there is ample cheese. As one normally focusing on Keto, adding a fork meant I could eat the kibbles and bits and leave the bun. Two thumbs up. As for the beer, they have some of the best IPAs and I finally tried the porter this go around. Many of their beers are rated above 4.0 on untappd and it is not just a local bump kind of thing. The brewery, as a whole, is 3.92 and also well deserved. To my normal "Will I be back" question, I think the answer is already clear. I do return almost every time I pass by.

Waitress returned to tell me and several others at the table that they were out of chicken tenders, hence no fried chicken salad. I upgraded to the steak salad. I'm guessing the few pieces of grizzle a top the lettuce was what was being referred to as steak. Also on the salad were the onions I asked not be included. Two packets of ranch dressing were tossed on top of the salad, not even the blue cheese I had asked for. My wife ordered the 12 inch pizza, as did several others who were part of the group. No one told us at time of ordering that they can cook ONLY ONE pizza at a time and each pizza takes 20 minutes. Indeed, one pizza at a time was brought out to our group spaced 20-25 minutes apart. My wife finally received her pizza well after everyone else had finished eating. Roughly 90 minutes after having placed her order. To add insult, each and every one of the pizzas was burnt on the bottom. About halfway through our meal a guitar playing entertainer arrived. As much as we did not need him telling us of his dire financial situation and how much he'd appreciate money in his tip jar or contributions via the QR code he had displayed, we certainly didn't need to hear his views on current social issues. The worst of it all was how loud he played. It was impossible to hold a conversation across the table. Forgot about speaking to someone at the other end of our group.
