Tried this place for manicure and pedicure since my nail broke, and this place is open seven days a week. It was busy when I arrived, but I was asked to sit in a chair and pick my nail polish right away. First observation: their nail polish options are limited compared to the other nail salons I have been to. Second observation: their massage chairs are not working properly. My pedicure was okay. However, my manicure experience was uncomfortable as my nail technician was trying to get information out of me (where I usually go to have my nails done, how much, etc.) The nail salon honestly needed a deep clean. The nail techs don't even bother to wipe after each client. Everyone seemed to be in a hurry to finish with a client so they could accept more walk-ins. It wasn't a great experience. I'm sure that some clients receive great service here because they were very busy with appointments while I was there. Unfortunately, I was a walk in and did not have a good experience. I will let the pictures speak on their own. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I work very hard and was looking forward to getting pampered today. Instead I paid $80 for a stressful hour and a half. I have been coming to this spa for almost 15 years. A family oriented nail salon with a talented staff. While I am modest and low key with my nail needs as a working mother of two. The staff has yet to disappoint. Once again, The Dream Spa & Nails met the challenge. My preteen daughter had some ambition and a set nail design. I was blown away with the ability of the technician to recreate the nail design from a photo, be precise, clean and take on the challenge. I went in for an acrylic fill for $25. The tech insisted on dip powder (which I do not like) so she could charge $45. Place was very dirty and tech got powder all over me. Staff and owner very nice, but I like a cleaner salon. read more

So the place was clean, but that's kind of the only nice thing I have to say. I went there because a friend suggested them but from the moment I walked in I felt like they were put out by me walking in. There was barely anything resembling customer service and the services themselves were just meh. I had a pedicure and acrylic fill with gel polish. The nail tech tried to dissuade me of my color choices, rushed through both services, and my nails looked terrible when she was done. My cuticles were torn up, I had acrylic residue under my nails and the shape is pretty inconsistent from nail to nail. If you dont really care what the end result looks like, or about customer service, then have fun getting the hang nails under control. I had some free time on a Saturday afternoon & decided to treat myself to a pedicure. I called before asking how much it was & if there was a wait. The lady who answered was super friendly & said I could come right away no wait. I arrived within a few minutes & everyone was very polite. I was taken back to a chair right away. There were a lot of women getting their nails done upfront & everyone seemed super happy & like they had been coming here for a while. The lady who did my pedicure, Tina - she had short hair & glasses, was AMAZING!!! She was so sweet and my pedicure was AWESOME! She took her time & paid attention to everything. I just came here to get my nails taken off bc if I went to my regular nail salon to get my nails taken off they would kill me LOL...anyways the place is dusty and dirty. I saw them put paraffin wax on a woman and they had her dip her hands into a big Tupperware looking bin with paraffin wax in it YUCK!!! Who knows how long that has been sitting there and how many hands have been dipped in there. I'm use to my salon scooping up the paraffin wax into a individualized plastic bags and putting them over the hands and feet . I feel like my salon is WAY more sanitary and it's nice and clean. I went in for a full set and pedicure. The bitch hurt my toe by trying to clip off a piece of my skin without asking me first... also if I'm paying 40$ for scrubs and you barely put a drop on my skin your just hurting your tip .... Also she gave me a chemical burn with the acrylic nails I told her I was in pain and she didn't even care she just kept going with the service until I got up and put water on my fingers.! I never write reviews, but here it goes. I have been going to this place since it opened (basically)and I have never had an issue. They have always been cautious about my lavender allergy and my eyebrows and nails have always been on point. Until recently I didn't catch the persons name that did my nails, but she sits to the right by all the nail polishes. She did my nails beautiful with an ombré color, but unfortunately they fell off the next day all the way to Sunday. Monday I was able to get them redone for free which I really appreciated after talking to the owner Mimi( who is the sweetest). Obviously I appreciate the free fix, just a slight inconvenience since I live an hour away. ( trying time be a loyal customer and all.) Well then I also got my eyebrows done and well that didn't go well either my eyebrows were on point, but I was burned pretty good and that has never happened to me. Time to do a little updating to this bad boy... I've continued to have my waxing done here... and I still receive the same stellar service as always. I really recommend the eyebrow tinting - if you're blond and look like you don't have eyebrows (like me), try it out. I've also started treating myself to a monthly manicure to try to derail the constant hang nails and breakage, not to mention the added bonus of being pampered. I opt to get the shellac polish which keeps my natural nails strong and doesn't chip quite as bad as the regular OPI stuff. Yesterday afternoon I managed to catch my finger nail in my filing cabinet at work and tore it about half way through, well below the quick. I was tempted to just attack it like a Band-Aid but knew that would be ungodly painful... and leave my hands looking a little less than stellar. When I arrived at Dream Spa last night... it literally took them about 20 seconds to "wrap' my nail. They used some type of magical paper and glue and made that break disappear. With the gel polish over the top of it, there is no trace of it ever happening. (See photo) I am continually impressed by these ladies. I look forward to my trips there. Since they are so fantastic, they tend to get pretty busy. They do a really great walk in business, however, if you don't want to risk having to wait, make an appointment. read more

Ahhhh Dream Spa is my go to for relaxing mani and pedi! Christi is a gem! She has been doing my nails for several years (occasionally someone else does them if she is off) and I always come out feeling and relaxed and pretty! They have so many wonderful color choices in gel and regular polish as well. From time to time I get designs done for special occasions and they always last for a week or two on my natural nails and as long as a month with gel on my natural nails! I have never done acrylic nails but many clients do when I am there! I have seen some other comments and can say I have had excellent experiences at Dream Spa! I will note that I have seen them cleaning equipment when I am there. My favorite part is dipping my arthritic hands in the hot wax- ah the relief of deep heat! (Common sense says if you have any open areas on your hands or feet it is not the time to visit any place for a mani-pedi.) As the intact skin is your first barrier of protection. Take a trip on over and be sure to use the chair massager and hot wax! Ask for Christi, she is awesome! Really, I have had wonderful relaxing treatments no matter who did my nails! read more

This place is literally such a joke. I had a bad feeling as soon as I came here. I thanked the nail tech for staying late several times and I called beforehand and she literally didn't answer me Imao. When I asked if they had wifi she said she didn't know what it was because the person had left. Uh thanks? That was the most rushed pedicure I've ever had with a joke of a massage. She was aggressive and this lady didn't give af because she wasn't even trying. I was like "that was quick" and she said "that means you have good feet". Like, what? I asked if they had OPI colors and she was so unhelpful and refused to get up and look and give it to me. Not sure how this place is allowed to operate or how this women got her license. Horrible experience!!! I was a first time customer. I chose this place after looking at the reviews, but I had a bad experience. The technician that did my pedicure spoke no English, she took out nail clippers that were from an open packet, when I confronted her she went and got another packet, and I doubt that was sanitized either because I got fungus on my toes. Stopped in with 2 others for 3 pedicures on a Sunday afternoon after confirming with Yelp that the salon was good. We waited about 30 minutes until they where able to take the first of us. All 3 had the basic pedicure. Only 2 of us got the paraffin that "comes with all pedicures" according to the spa menu. One pedicure lasted for 15 minutes & the other two took twice as long. One of us got a design which after doing a cute floral design the nail tech rushed to put on the top coat and smeared it. She fixed half of the smear but not all. Another one of us got a French pedicure and had completely different shapes big toenails round & square. All three of us left with polish on our skin. For some of the other post that talk about cleanliness .... First there is acrylic nail dust all over the bottom of the chairs at the manicure stations. Someone clearly broke a bottle of polish and was left to dry on the back of one of the chairs. I was brought over to a pedicure station that was still draining from the client before and asked to sit out but not put my feet in as I could clearly seem toenail clippings in the water. The drying station had cookies out to eat which where covered but there was acrylic dust all over the lid and stapes. It really is a shame too because at first you really think this place is cute but then you start to look around. Fingernail polish selection is a very small mix of OPI or other better polishes. They do not allow you to tip on your credit card. As I was drying I was watching one of the nail techs chipping & peeling off another clients artificial nails. The client was even winching in pain. Now I have no idea what product was on her nails & if that was the only option for removal. But typically don't you soak? Needless to say $95 later and non of us will be back. read more

I used to go here for about 6 months. The owner is skilled but unfocused. The first couple times I came the service and the skill was about average. Then there was a significant decline. The owner who usually did my nails would stop to do something or would have a wait even with an appointment or push me on to another less skilled tech. The second to last time-She took me between clients for a waxing and she attempted to rush me out of the room with wax and paper still on my face. And she took off a third of my eyebrows so I had to wait a month for them to grow back to get them reshaped somewhere else. The next time I figured I would try a Tuesday and stick to nails only. The shop is really clean with a great selection of colors. All the ladies are very sweet and helpful. I had SNS nails done by Ty. I'm giving 3 stars because while everyone was nice the manicure itself and SNS were not great. She was pretty rough in cleaning my cuticles. I was cut a couple times and my cuticles have been peeling ever since. She did a good job painting and applying the powder, none on my cuticles or hands, but a HORRIBLE job of shaping. It was so thick and clumpy on the sides that my nails were physically sore. Even though SNS was applied to my natural nails it didn't look natural AT ALL. It's been 2 weeks so it's time for another session I'm just not sure if I want to return. read more

Came to this location with a friend who had used them for a pedicure before. My experience was decent, specifics to follow... Cleanliness: This nail spa is spacious, well lit, and very clean. At no time did I feel icky because of their supplies, chairs, floors, etc. Experience: The first time I dipped my feet in the water it was SUPER hot. Now I'm not a baby for hot water, so the fact that I withdrew my feet immediately until the water cooled says something. The young lady who worked on my feet was not as thorough as I like (see more in Final Result) but got the job done. I went with the spa pedicure which means that in addition to the regular, you get a variety of colorful scrubs massaged into your legs and feet. It felt so good that it reminded me that I'd like to do a whole body scrub at a salon one day when I can afford it :) I brought my own OPI polish along and at first, she started putting a different color on but quickly fixed her error. Final Result: I added nail art to my big toe (tropical flower) and she did a nice job. The toes were prettified but the bottoms of my feet had not been scrubbed enough so that there was still some flaky skin. Price: For the Spa Pedicure and nail art it ended up being around $35. Not too steep for the services, but not an incredible deal either. Bottom Line: If I'm in the area again I may stop in, but probably won't make a special trip to this nail spa again. read more

I've been going to Dream Spa for six years and always walk out with the best nails. Every place I go everyone comments and complements my nails. Mimi the owner does my nails which are gel, and Tina does my spa pedicures. I feel pampered and refreshed when I leave. I am diabetic which makes it even better because they don't use razor blades like other salons. Salt scrubs, paraffin wax, hot stones, leg and feet massages that helps with my circulation as well. They offer so many more services, and a whole new line of nail polish colors! Waxing, new technique for permanent eyebrows that look natural, not tattooed on.
