She even communicated with me beforehand to get an idea of what my style was. She did a great job of making me feel special and picking out a variety of dresses to try on. I cannot say enough good things about The Dressing Room in Celebration. Every associate was AMAZING and so kind. Breanna specifically was wonderful, an absolute breath of fresh air. We had gone to a few shops before this and she made our experience so much more enjoyable than the rest. Her approach made me feel so comfortable. I was conflicted and they told me to take some time to think about it and come back. They got me another appointment the next day and I chose my dress! They weren't pushy or over bearing but they actually helped me identify all things I liked instead of rushing me through. They had a lot to choose from and so many amazing dresses in every style. The dressing room experience was OK. I found the staff to not be the most helpful when looking for accessories I had previously tried on that were then sold. Upon purchase of the dress, the expressed no need to make decisions for accessories at this time since it will be around However, their seamstress Yen is incredible!!! This woman bent over backwards to make my dress be absolutely perfect. Even when I was in a pinch, she moved things around to help me when my dress got dirty !! She is great. This little bridal boutique was so lovely! My friend is getting married and learned about The Dressing Room at a wedding expo so she decided to check them out. It's a small shop so when your party is in there you're the only ones. We waited outside while the group before us finished up and after a few minutes it was our turn. We were a little concerned of extravagant prices since it's a bridal boutique in Celebration but the dresses were surprisingly reasonable as far as price goes. Our bridal consultant had already pulled a few dresses for my friend so she started trying on! She tried on about 6 or so and none of them were IT so the ladies went to the off site location to pull some other dresses. One of the dresses from off site ended up being THE dress and it was way under her budget so needless to say she was thrilled. The ladies at The Dressing Room were so lovely and helpful and it was apparent they were genuinely trying to help, not just trying to upcharge my friend and get a few extra bucks wherever they could. They offered suggestions for alterations and changes she wanted made to the dress and were super helpful overall. The experience shopping for a wedding dress for my daughter at The Dressing Room was outstanding. It was the first shop we went to that day and the first shop in our search for a wedding dress. Anna was so attentive, she made sure she understood what my daughter was looking for, and she made her feel so special. Given this was our first appointment, Anna also talked us through what to think about and how to gauge likes/dislikes, which really helped with the process. Anna also was very personable and was a joy to talk to. There was no pressure either, and we didn't feel rushed. My daughter thought she found the dress, but we went to other dress appointments just to make sure. The dresses at the other stores were a bit more expensive and the quality didn't compare. More importantly, the customer service didn't come close to what we received at The Dressing Room. We went back to The Dressing Room, and when we walked back in, my daughter and I both said there was no comparison. My daughter tried back on the one she thought was it and there was no question after that, and she said yes to the dress at The Dressing Room. Going to the other appointments really highlighted how great Anna is and how personalized and special the experience is at The Dressing Room, along with the great quality and price. If I could give my "bridal stylist" Kayla more than five stars I would. I felt gorgeous the entire time I tried dresses on. She was so attentive and listened to what I wanted and made suggestions for dresses I didn't know if I'd like or not. She was on top of every single thing and so much fun to hang out with. She also was quick witted and got along well with my sarcastic self and sarcastic party. I'm so glad that I listened to ALL the five star reviews and came to The Dressing Room. The fact that we had the entire bridal shop to ourselves was so nice because we literally "had the floor" and didn't have to worry about being in anyones way or anyone in ours. A friend of mine is getting married later this year and asked me to go dress shopping with her. The Dressing Room is a small boutique in Celebration that I never even knew was there. Because of the pandemic, visits are by appointment only, so we were the only ones there along with the dress consultant. They offer a wide range of dresses at good prices. The consultant was kind and patient with my friend. She easily helped guide my friend to the styles she was interested in. I loved that there was a great selection. What a wonderful experience, I can't say enough good things about them and their staff. Grace was absolutely amazing, very helpful and helped make this such a positive experience! The manager was also very helpful, I'm sorry I didn't remember your name. From the moment we walked in, it was warm and welcoming! I liked the fact that they selected the dresses based on what you tell them, I was skeptical but WOW they know what they're doing. Also, there's no mirror when you're getting dressed which I liked because when you walked out you got to see the reactions of your guests first. This was only the second bridal shop I visited, the first one was not so great, and they sold me on every aspect, including my dress! Mother of the future bride here, my daughter made appointment at bridal expo to try on wedding dresses for her dream wedding however when we arrived at The Dressing Room for the appointment, we were told that my daughter had called at the beginning of the month to cancel her appointment which wasn't the case or I would not have driven 2 hours from my residence then drive another hour from my daughter's home to make a 10:45am appointment on a Sunday morning. She received no cancellation email or text. But what was worse is that the stylist who answered the door when we arrived dismissed us as if we did not have a valid concern that this happened. The manager was responsive but did not take responsibility and still insisted that my daughter called to cancel the appointment that my daughter, her maid of honor, her future sister in law, her future mother in law and I were there, right in front of her, to attend. I guess it was a blessing in disguise because if a facility can't manage an appointment they may have trouble getting you your wedding dress on your special day. read more

I was 50/50 on my visit here. It's definitely a cute little boutique and the staff was friendly. Claire was super helpful in getting a few dresses from the Tampa location that I was interested in. But my appointment was just so-so, at best. For one, there was one specific dress that I wanted to try on, and came here knowing they had this dress (I traveled from out of town) and they would not let me try it on, saying it didn't come in my size so I couldn't even try on the sample. I had been shopping to other stores that had the same designer and I knew my size and that the dress came in my size. So the fact they wouldn't even let me try it on, when it very clearly came in my size was frustrating. I also had a list of other dresses I was interested in that they said they had and to also help show what I was interested in. But instead, they kept side-tracking me with dresses that I already made clear I was not interested in. According to them "they just wanted to be sure", even though I had already expressed that I'd been shopping previously and knew what I liked and wanted (i.e. if I said I didn't want all lace, they'd bring me an all lace dress, if I said I didn't want heavy beading, they'd bring me a heavily beaded dress). So we wasted a good portion of my appointment trying dresses they shoved upon me, instead of the ones I wanted to try. I had two of MY favorites that I wanted to try on again, and said I wanted to retry them. But when I was finally done trying on the dresses they wanted me to try, I had next to no time to try MY favorites on again. They said that I have no time left and need to hurry up and get changed and I can come back another time (mind you, I live over 2 hours away, which they also knew). They emailed me the details on my favorite dresses, which were also over priced. I ended up getting one of those dresses elsewhere for my wedding dress for a couple hundred dollars cheaper and in a lesser amount of time (and in the size they said wouldn't fit me). read more

I have to say Rebecca and the staff here is incredible. I found my dream dress and needed some extra alterations for certain parts of the dress. Rebecca's patience and understanding throughout the process has been amazing, even though I felt terrible!! My initial dress buying experience was great too. The Dressing Room is small and intimate and ideal for bringing a small group to help say "YES" to the dress. I am so happy I went with The Dressing Room. My experience at The Dressing Room was pleasant, elegant, and stress free! Rebecca was so organized and it felt as if she was more of a friend than a consultant you just met. Unlike another bridal boutique that I recently visited, I could choose dresses to try on, but it was without much guidance. Rebecca picks the dresses out for you knowing what styles you are looking for, as she knows what the dresses look like on a bride instead of on the rack (it makes a difference). I found this very helpful because you think you know exactly what you want, but Rebecca picked a dress that I didn't think I'd like and I ended up buying it. They have many different accessories to add to the dresses and is a one-stop shop in that sense. Again, her customer service was a huge part of my decision along with loving the dress.
