Over the years I have watched the quality and care steadily decline there have been constant turnover among the providers and support staff and the level of service has become incredibly frustrating patients are instructed to schedule appointments and request prescription refills at least two weeks before they are needed yet when you follow those instructions refills are often delayed until you can get an appointment with a provider which can take six weeks or more. What makes the situation even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication. Every time I call to follow up on an issue I receive the same response " I'll send the doctor a note and get back to you" unfortunately that follow up never happens. Calls go on answered concerns are left unresolved and patients are left scrambling to get the care and medications they need from other providers. I have never felt more disappointed or let down by a medical office. After years of being a loyal patient it is heartbreaking to feel ignored and undervalued. Based on my experience patient care no longer appears to be a priority and I cannot recommend this practice to anyone.

Not very encouraging. When I told her, I already knew the things she was writing on the whiteboard, she didn't really seem to have much of a plan. I understand the process of getting blood work to see where my numbers are. But I also brought a notebook full of information, indicating my blood work from only 4 1/2 months ago, which she didn't even look at. I repeatedly told her I did not have blood pressure, blood, sugar, cholesterol, or any other medical issues. That the only medication I take is a hormone blocker since the breast cancer and mastectomy. The breast cancer hit me out of left field, and I do have a genetic mutation. She mentioned the IV therapy, which again, was not something I was seeking. I had a preventative style doctor up until a month before I was diagnosed with cancer because she retired. She was a former ER physician. This experience didn't even come close to the knowledge of my previous physician.
