WARNING --- BEWARE. Do not go into surgery with Dr Anthony Bittar…read more He disfigured and deformed my nose by using outdated methods and making changes while I was unconscious that were not agree to. SEE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS In 2024 I contacted Dr Anthony Bittar to repair a deviated septum so I could breath properly internally through my nose. A very simple procedure. He made a comment in our meeting "do you want me to remove the bump on your nose's bridge at the same time. Just to make it flat" That is all that was ever mentioned. "I will just slightly shave down that bump at the same time". He made it sound like nothing. I came out of surgery and he had completely changed the size and shape of my nose. He assured me it was just swelling and that would go down. After having 3 different respected surgeons inspect what he did. They all were shocked at his work and what he did without prior approval. 1) He excessively flattened the dorsum (bridge of the nose), resulting in an unnatural and concave profile. 2) He added cartilage to the tip of my nose--an unrequested change he later admitted to--which created a permanent large, bulbous appearance. 3) He significantly altered the overall size and structure of my nose All these things were decisions he made without my consent. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN Read his reviews by sorting them by 1 star and believe them. He subsequently offered to 1) refund me half of my money 2) do the operation again and 3) install semi permanent filler in my nose. Total admission of guilt. All I refused. How could I ever trust him again. Once you are on the operating table he does what he likes. None of the above was ever agreed to. The whole time he gas lights with all his communication. I now have to go through the expense and pain of having surgery again to fix his horrible horrible work. I currently have complaints submitted to the Texas Medical Board, other malpractice entities and his affiliated hospital credentialing boards.

She did a head CT that revealed a deviated septum, and referred me to Dr. Wassmuth. I was quite impressed by the kindness, courtesy, and professionalism when I first visited the office of Capitol Otolaryngology. Dr. Wassmuth examined my nose and suggested balloon sinuplasty with turbinate reduction. After much trepidation, I scheduled the surgery, which is done in-office. The process of fixing my nose didn't take all that long. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Jack Carsner, was excellent, as were all those I met in the operating room. The procedure apparently went off without a hitch, and my husband drove me home where I rested the remainder of the day. Within a day or so I was feeling much better. I am still considered to be recovering after a week, but have already experienced noticeable improvements in my breathing. My husband says my snoring was virtually gone within a day after the procedure. I've had a variety of seemingly-minor health concerns, that when put together, have led to other problems. Snoring, dry mouth, dental issues, and poor sleep quality turned out to have (at least in part) had a common root cause in breathing problems. Hopefully all will improve or resolve before very long. If you have any kind of breathing problems, including snoring and symptoms like dry mouth when you awaken, you may benefit from a visit to Dr. Wassmuth. I highly recommend his medical practice.

He always took the time to answer any questions I had and thoroughly explain what he was going to be doing. The procedure had minimal pain, no nasal packing, and the recovery was quick. I can breathe better now and have also noticed that I sleep better than before!

I was able to make an appointment on short notice. Dr. Nason was calming, caring, and considerate. He never talked down to me. Fortunately, the problem turned out to be only impacted wax. Meanwhile, however, he also had my hearing rested by an audiologist in his office, who was extremely helpful in suggesting ways to deal with my existing hearing loss. I'll see Dr. Nason for any future hearing issues and any other issues within the scope of his expertise. I recommend him and his whole office highly.

My father was in the hospital and they referred me to Dr Nason. This doctor's name was written on his discharge paperwork. I filed out the appointment form online with all the information, including his diagnosis/hospital info/and that the hospital wrote a referral. Someone called me a few days later and set him up an appointment for 3 1/2 weeks later. 24 hours before the appointment, they called to say this doctor won't see him for his diagnosis. My father has been suffering for over 3 weeks waiting to see this specialist. They refused to take any accountability for the situation or admit they put his health in danger. The office manager told me this is not their fault and blamed the ER. Then she blamed the call center schedulers. Completely unprofessional to shift the blame to your employees and then tell you it's not her problem.

Recently Everyone ENT changed names and become part of Christus Trinity. When we went for our annual in August, I felt this was a great change. Then I had needed an ENT for an infection. PCM and ER doctors told me to get in, I had to peeled to get to see my doctor. Saying it was urgent. I was so pleased when they got me in and help to relieve the pain..... a week later I woke with a muffled ear (much like after a flight). After 24 hrs of it not going away, I called. Was told no appointment for my emergency until November to go to the ER. I went to ER. ER doctor notes tell me to follow up with my PCM within a week (check schedule) AND to follow up with my ENT. NOT and OR but AND ER doc stressed the importanceof both... ok I call the office back talk to Michelle, who at 1st goes to schedule (for my now on 2 weeks ear infection that is still active according to ER doctor) in December for follow. I remember my son has a follow up for his allergies, I ask if I can piggyback in with him. She says no. Then says since your schedule with PCM you can keep your appointment for Aug 2026 and dont need the appointment in December. In which I said why, she say because your seeing your PCM. I said it says AND....which she tells me is just a suggestion. I said NO the ER doctor was very much saying that I have to see my ENT. (who knows of the infection and has already started a treatment that hasnt healed my ear infection) Michelle tells me it not a requirement until my PCM says so. I said then I will be told January, can we make the appointment for December. No. Are you denying me to see my doctor. YES..... for an infection in my ear that is still active in my ear and I have been told to see my ENT. I was in tears and shock at this point. She told me I can go to another ENT. I told her I was heartbroken, I mean Dr Gilliam has treat our family of 6. The kids love her as a doctor, that helps them. To need my doctor, have other doctors tell me I need to get back into the office and be dismissed as if i am disposable. My optimism has turned into a living nightmare. Lost beyond belief that a change for what was suppose to be better, went from a personal touch and caring of a patients to a system of numbers, disregar, and dismiss. Completely hurt and at a loss.
