With that said, operationally they are on top of it and do a great job of communicating and filtering questions appropriately. What I especially appreciate about Twin Cities IV is their ability to accommodate to their clients. I was connected with Nurse Stephanie, and she was able to schedule my mom's IV treatment for the same day as sign up AND they travel to their clients homes, so she was able to come to my mom's home and administer the IV treatment - which was fantastic. Several other companies I checked in with were booked out about a week and prices were much higher. I liked the fact that my mom could get treatment in her home on her schedule with the same nurse each time. Nurse Stephanie provided my mom with her contact information and was great at communicating. Impressive! My nurse, Tressa, was incredible. She let me know she was going to be a little late because of another appointment, and proactively offered a free Add In as compensation. When she arrived, she was fast and so sweet and helpful. She explained what was in the bag, and added another anti-nausea med. She was also great about explaining how long things might take to kick in. Pricing was great, especially when compared to other options or an ER wait. I took a nap after the appointment and felt so much better when I woke up. 5 star experience, easily!

If you are trying to figure out what is going on with you, I would not recommend. They are basically googling with you! Nurses and staff are the best part of this business. Some nurses are better to initiate IV therapy because they know how to not leave bruises. There are 8 IV chairs and they don't over schedule so it's never crowded. The overhead light is super fluorescent for the Nurses to find veins but too bright for me. Plenty of parking for patients as the staff park on side streets. Much appreciated. Lastly, even if you believe IV therapy is for you, there are much cheaper options in the Twin Cities.
