I've never waited more than 20-30 minutes -- and most visits are just 5-10 minutes. The phlebotomists are incredibly kind, professional, and gentle. I've never had a painful draw or walked out bruised, which says a lot. They're also very respectful of special requests -- I need specific tape due to sensitive skin, and they always accommodate without hesitation. I've even brought in more complicated specialty labs (including RGCC testing), and they've been completely willing to handle them carefully and support the patient.
