I was in LA on 4/20 in the Jewelry district. I remembered it was 420 and decided to grab some goodies. I drove down Broadway and saw Urban Smoke on the left. It's a cool building. I like the graphics on the outside. It's very clean and organized on the inside. Tonight is the Devin Haney and Ryan Garcia fight. I was so hype. I was shadowboxing in the parking lot waiting for my girl to get out of the car. When I got inside the shop, the Security Officer made fun of me because he saw me shadow boxing in the camera. Haha. The Budtender and the Owner/Manager (in the photo) gave me a tour and told me about the current deals. I really only smoke one strain, Jack Herer. It's very difficult to find. Anytime I go to a shop, no one ever has the classic Jack Herer. And substitutes never get the affect that I'm going for. Not only did Urban Smoke LA have it in stock, they had a LOT of it. I spent less than $80 and got 2 eighths of my favorite flower and a Strawberry Jack. So listen, not only is the owner smoking hot, she's knowledgeable and friendly. So was the budtender. The BT and I are both Olfactory. Her and I were smelling all the jars. I love this place. From what I can tell in this visit there are two owners. The smoking hot, curly haired chick, and a buff guy that wears 15lbs of jewelry. They have so many flower vendors and therapeutics, Hot babes and Security doesn't act stuck up and try to bully you. Such a legit spot. I very highly recommend Urban Smoke as a staple for your cannabis/cbd and therapeutic needs. Incredible staff, products and ownership. read more

Decent service, decent deals!! Shoutout Marly for helping me out!!! Also they have events!! The BLEM was Bleh.. also I know it's your job to sell stuff, but when a guest comes wanting only the highest quality, don't try to get them to buy lower quality just because you're trying to get them to spend as much as you can get them to spend. Also the wheel was a little weird, the security guy said if you spin you can get something free, and when I looked at the wheel closer it was just promos to get you to spend more money. Don't try so hard, you will sell if you have good quality and prices, as long as the stuff isn't too outdated/not fresh. Might go back, but there are definitely a couple of other places I prefer. read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE ON BASURA!!!! I only go to this place as a back up. You have to wait in line to be walked around like a criminal. Went today and finally had to ask the employee for a little space (2 feet) so I can look at the small area of the brand I wanted. She twisted up her face like SHE was the offended. She walked my selection to the register (because YOU can't) and because she felt a way didn't say anything. We're both at the register looking at each other. After a minute I ask Ready? She told me my total with a attitude. I paid she gave me my change I grabbed my stuff and left. Not a thank you, sorry about, see you again nothing. When I first went I was excited about the big selection (Old package dated flower BTW) Now I don't even look around just in and out quickly. Awful customer service especially the morning shift the customer service employees always have a terrible attitude unkempt appearance and are unprofessional. Their WeedMaps and online inventory is not accurate to what they actually have in store and if you ask any of the employees for help beyond what is on display on the floor they seem to get irritated and extremely upset. I keep giving this shop a chance and they keep making me feel like a nuisance rather than a valued customer every single time it's unfortunate because of the amount of cannabis dispensaries in the area you would think they would understand customer service makes a difference between a regular shopper and a now and then consumer read more

Bald head dude said he was the owner, he talks wayyy too much. The women budtenders are awesome and i believe the brother is very helpful & funny. But the bald head guy parading around as the owner talked us out a sale & from returning. Too much over talking & pretentious side talk, didnt want to honor the discounts either. Claims he's the owner but you're less helpful than regular employees. read more
