The notice at the beginning that insulation was coming out and they stopped immediately , they contacted the Repair crew to see if they could finish the job without damaging the Vent. The Repair crew indicated that the vent was White Flex Tubbing which is not recommended for a Dryer Vent. The Repair crew used a camera to see where the damage was at and luckily it was only at the beginning they were able to repair that and was able to clean out the Duct without any further problems. I was impressed that both teams that came out to clean out my Duct did a very good job at getting it done without causing further damage that could of resulted in a very expensive repair job. I believed that they did what was best for me and not that company to get the job done at a reasonable cost.

He explained to my husband another part had cracked and that he could pick up the part himself. He arrived on time, and we were impressed at his professionalism, the specific tools he used, and especially the camera he used to look through the line to make sure it was completely cleaned out. His pricing was lower than the first company we used out here. Because we live in the same area, he did our sons home and ours, on the same day. We have a single story, laundry on the first floor, and our son house has a two story, with laundry on the second floor. We will be using this company again.
