I would have liked the tuna to be more chilled; it came out closer to room temp. I have no notes for the bronzino. It was perfectly cooked, I really love the time and orange, the olive tapenade was the right amount of salty and briny, and the accompanying roasted harissa potatoes were fantastic. I guess if I had any critique it would be of the too skinny and woody asparagus. The dessert was something I'd never heard of, something like Mediterranean donuts. I really love the pistachios and the I think pomegranate sauce (it wasn't described on the menu so Im guessing), but the addition of chocolate was completely unnecessary and I'm not just saying that because I don't like chocolate lol. After dinner me and my dining companion went upstairs to the speakeasy for a cocktail. I was hoping they had a different drink menu and they did! The second time I ordered the 50/50 Truffle Garlic Bread which was very delicious. I also ordered the classic Spaghetti with tomato sauce. The pasta was done perfectly but the sauce wasn't good. I tried adding Parmesan to it but that didn't help it. I won't be getting that again. Overall pretty good. Definitely plan on ordering from here a lot so I can try all the intriguing things I see on their menu.

For dinner, we tried the Marry Me Mignon Pasta and the Lobster Ravioli. Of the two, I enjoyed the Marry Me Mignon the most. The lobster ravioli was good, but the saffron flavor was a little heavy for me. The Marry Me Mignon had a slight spice with tender, pan-seared mignon tips. Very delicious! Our server brought over what looked like Parmesan, so we sprinkled it on--only to realize it was actually a large portion of salt, which ruined both dishes. We pointed it out politely, and she apologized and offered to replace the meals. We had only eaten about a quarter of each entrée, but the kitchen initially sent out just one replacement portion for us to share because the server said it "looked like" we had already eaten half and might prefer to split one. We explained that wasn't the case and that we wanted the full portions we had paid for, so they eventually brought the second replacement. Before ending her shift, our server apologized repeatedly, said she would explain the situation to the next waiter, and insisted that they would "take care of us" in some way. When the check arrived, there was no adjustment. We asked about it, and the new waiter said she should not have promised a discount because they could not remove anything from the bill--but told us they did have something coming for us. After a three-course meal, burrata and a bottle of wine, the resolution was... additional ice cream, after we had already eaten dessert. Mistakes happen, and we were genuinely understanding throughout the entire experience. The frustrating part was the strange handling afterward: replacing only one of two ruined entrées, repeatedly promising some form of accommodation, then providing an extra dessert we neither requested nor needed. For a brand-new fine-dining restaurant, the service recovery felt disorganized and super inconsiderate. The food itself was good, but the service was really disappointing.
