One of the sports card shops I've ever been to. The owner, Rick, is an honest guy with a family-owned operation in Pigeon Forge. The prices are reasonable with an amazing stock of cards and collectables, including some really rare items. Even though we live in Birmingham, we always make a stop at The Dugout when in town. Even come up for the pack wars twice a year. He and his family make you feel at home, answer any questions you have, and can guide you in the right direction with whatever you are searching for. Prices are waaaaaay high on singles, like 3-5x higher than eBay. I asked to look through a box of vintage behind the counter & was told I can't flip through those boxes??????? What? I guess he doesn't want to sell me any cards. I was told there was vintage in the display case, I already looked through those & know that they're overpriced. Staff was not friendly or helpful. So we left 2 overpriced card shops in the area without buying a thing. I guess we'll go back home & spend it at our LCS or on Hobby Twitter or eBay. read more

Always a priority for me and my boys when we are in the area. Staff is always attentive and helpful, and the shop has a great selection of hobby boxes. Would like to see more packs for sale, but that isn't a knock on the shop - just a personal preference. Baseball cards are expensive these days, but prices are competitive with other shops and online. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't gone before! read more

Cool place! Lots of well lit display cases and a great mix of older cards and newer. Not many signed cards but some signed merchandise which was cool. The individual cards were a bit pricey, but can understand that given the prime positioning their storefront is on. Overall, a great variety of individual cards, boxes and other sports merchandise. read more

Very nice store. Hard to get to but worth the effort. The owner is very kind and patient. When buying and selling he look the price up right then and there and gives you a fair offer. The card sets are well below other shops. Definitely a must for card collectors. read more

We went in to look and purchase cards for our collection today. We were ready to spend money but, we're unfortunately treated as if we didn't exist. Then to make matters worse the younger man who was working was asked a question by my husband and he acted as if it was a waste of his time to answer. Customer service is definitely NOT a priority at this business. A little advice from a fellow business owner, treat your customers with some value if you want to make sales. Nice set up, excellent display of cards. Limited choices in box sales. I was shocked at the limited amount of autograph material available. I picked out several cards for purchase as I collect UT autographs. I asked a question and was basically laughed at. Just a suggestion if your going to have a business that caters to a certain unique clientele, anyone that walks in said doors of a unique biz should be treated like your best friend!! Went in there looking for older baseball cards. I just recently started collecting in the last few years and this place is the best I've been to. The man I talked to was able to pull a Ted Williams seemingly out of nowhere. If it's not in the display ask for it they may have it over there. I'm in town for a few more days and I'm heading back before we leave for sure. I left with Ted Williams, Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris cards.
