She didn't seem to know much of anything about the basics of hair, and could not comprehend what I needed to get done. Training needs to be for everyone, even those who aren't actually working with hair. She was dressed unprofessionally, unlike every other woman I saw working there, and I could smell her poor dental hygiene. I ended up walking out without an appointment. When I politely messaged Tracy my stylist to ask her to fix it so gave me attitude and refused to fix it. But did give me a refund. But then turned around and blocked the people who referred me to her. I also asked for a hair cut with curtain bangs. And my bangs were cut unevenly.

Jennifer made my super nervous self feel excellent and carefree throughout my entire shoot. I am a very self conscious person and she made sure to work around my inhibitions and get the best shots. She took well over 200 pictures and made the reveal process so easy for me with her patience. My session came with hair and makeup however hair wasn't needed as it can only be styled one way and make up I can't stand but gave her make up artist a chance. While I didn't like the make up (which was most likely solely my opinion because I don't ever wear make up) Jennifer made sure to tone down the make up so I was able to enjoy the pictures she took without seeing the make up I disliked. All in all I found Jennifer and her studio experience to be nothing short of amazing and I will absolutely be returning to do another shoot with her soon. 10/10 recommend you do the same!!
