I was expecting very high quality, hand stitching, tight fit and crisp seems, no wrinkling or bubbling, and I let them know that. Judd "under promised and over delivered", as the saying goes. He was exceptional with his customer service, getting me swatches, stitching options, etc. Had to wait over 2 months. Now I know why. When I showed up to pick it up, I was stunned with the quality, and the entire interior was transformed. The quality equaled OEM Porsche seats, and maybe better: mass produced seats have "perfect" stitching, which means automated/mass produced. My insurance rates would have gone up, if they even would have paid that much for a seat. When I went to put my winter storage cover on my boat this year, I noticed a few issues with the cover. I had to stop the installation and see if he could help on short notice. He was able to go over the cover and repair the rips that were starting, reinforced the areas that was needed and replaced the necessary snaps. He was able to turn this around really quick and the quality of work was spot on. It looks like new and you can not even tell where the repairs were made.
