They fixed my car promptly and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them for their quality, value, and service. From the first call to them to the moment I picked up my car they were awesome. On the initial call, I told them the make and model of my car and they said, "Oh, there is a tear in the left vinyl panel of the drivers seat." I said, "Right, but I opted for leather seats when I purchased my Subaru." They explained that with the leather option, Subaru only uses leather on the bottom section of the seat and the two side pieces are actually vinyl, and only a mid-quality vinyl at that. When I visited, they talked me through a few alternatives to replace the seat. The one I choose was an aftermarket product where the bottom and side pieces are leather (an upgrade from the OEM product) and the cost was less that the OEM product. You need to look very hard to see the difference between the OEM product of the passenger seat and the after market product of the driver seat. However, if you sit in the seats, then the difference is quite obvious. The driver seat is much softer and more comfortable. I am extremely glad that I found Delaware County Auto Upholstery!

They claimed I couldn't measure a rim with a tape measurer, despite me producing images of measurement between the original OEM rim and the one they sent. Started replying in all caps towards the end. I had to escalate to eBay in order to have the purchase refunded. The whole process took 3 weeks. Now I have a paperweight rim that I'm probably going to turn into a coffee table. I left a Google review and they responded with lies. Hopefully others will navigate here. See the attached pictures for the absolute disgrace this business is. The return slip (a single one) they took a photo of (not even a PDF) they sent was outside of eBay's return process so they wouldn't get flagged and could relist the rim to scam someone else. I own a 2003 Dodge Dakota which was showing an intermittent airbag light coming on. I personally…read moreput in a large number of hours trying to fix the issue myself. I then took it to 3- services shops and none could fix the issue. I have been dealing w/ this problem for almost a year. When I took it to the different shops; one being a Chrysler/Dodge dealer, I was getting different stories as to what was wrong. The third service shop I took it to who could not fix or diagnose the issue, stated that I should try Jamie's Auto Repair-South. I met w/ Jamie and told him my problem and everything I have been through. He said I'll take a shot at the issue and let me know. His initial diagnosis was a bad clock spring which I already had replaced by the first service shop I went to. When Jamie tried a new clock spring from a Dodge Dealer it did not fix the problem. At this point he did not give up!! He continued on the hunt for the problem and finally determined the issue was w/ the Airbag Control Module(ACM). The module had a short inside and was the cause of the intermittent problem. Jamie then took it upon himself to find me a used ACM and installed it and the problem seems to have gone away. Now I get no error codes or Airbag light. Jamie is confident that the problem is solved and I am too. Time will tell the story. So what can I say? Well, I was close to getting rid of the truck b/c of this problem; but Jamie showed skill, tenacity, and true customer concern for my satisfaction. So the moral of the story is the other shops did not want to deal with my problem, but Jamie did and I truly appreciate his efforts. I highly recommend his shop for repairs especially tough head-scratchers which no one else can do or want to do!! Great job Jamie and your crew!!!

Al, the owner of R&M Automotive, took advantage of my fiancée by convincing her she needed a new…read moreradiator when she did not. She actually had a valve issue that was clearly identified on the diagnostic code he ran and was fully covered by Subaru. Despite this, Al told her the car was unsafe to drive without replacing the radiator and pushed the repair. After the radiator was replaced, the car still did not function properly. The issue was ultimately fixed at Subaru when the valve was replaced. When confronted, Al acknowledged that she probably should have gone to Subaru first, yet he offered no compensation or accountability for charging her for an unnecessary radiator and labor. This wasn't an honest mistake; it was poor judgment at best and predatory behavior at worst. I'm posting this so others can avoid the same situation. There are plenty of mechanics in the area (e.g. Everest Automotive) choose one with integrity who won't scare customers into unnecessary repairs.
