Walked out the following evening to leave for work and it was just... gone. No notice from my property manager or the tow company. After reporting the car stolen and NCCP figuring out it was towed to Ewing, I was told BY Ewing to show up at 9am the following morning with proof of ownership. Showed up to a locked door and called the oh so pleasant gentleman who told me they would release cars between 3pm and 4pm, to bring $250 CASH and my drivers license. Showed up at 3:30pm, was told that it was now $300, and was met with quite an attitude (because "it was his last weekend working there and he didn't give a ****"). You'd think I towed his car! Wild. To put the cherry on top, when I walked out to the lot to get the BRAND NEW car, I noted pretty significant damage to the front lip and bumper where I can only assume it had been improperly taken off the flatbed. "Not their problem" though, is what I was told. I guess "safe and damage free transport" doesn't apply here. If they can't tow a car without damaging it, I can't imagine the caliber of work that comes out of their auto shop. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Solid work, guys.

Working a 6/10 schedule and only having Sundays off isn't conducive to getting work down on your car. But I called peak performance and talked to Vince. We scheduled the appointment ahead a few days and I was able to get my car in. Their technicians knocked out the short laundry list of stuff on my car quickly and at a good price. I didn't lose my transportation for more than a couple hours and they even told me about a future problem they'd be happy to take care of another day. It's always a gamble on the road finding a good reputable shop with good customer service and quality techs. Peak performance is one of those good shops.

He had my car for over a month and failed to fix it. At the end my car was in worst shape when I got it back. After speaking to Mercedes Benz, they advised me that Peter could not fix the car because he does not have the right equipment to reprogram the car's software after installing the ISM only Mercedes can do that. He lied and told me he could reprogram the car's software. He made several guesses when diagnosing the car and was unable to use the scan tool properly. He tried to charge me for his labor even though he did not fix the car and for towing the vehicle to make room for another car after I towed the vehicle to him. He was extremely unprofessional and does not answer the phone. He also stated he shipped my original ISM back to Mercedes without my approval and refused to give me a receipt for the ISM he claimed to have replaced. The dealer found that it was just a blown fuse and after replacing the fuse, the car started without a problem. He bypassed the starter relay by using a paper clip to start the car which I believe caused several other issues. He has ultimately cost me a ton of money and time. I will stop there but the story is more horrific. I would never take another car to R and K Motors in Delaware.

Without a doubt, they are who you should turn to when anything on our vehicles has a "boo-boo". They are the preeminent supplier of tires for fleets, tune-ups (for Newark & Dover Delaware & Salisbury Maryland), and any suspension issues like caster, camber, toe angles. They are experts in CV joints, axles, drive trains, wheel bearings, brakes, etc. For example: I needed a tire for my girl friend's GMC Envoy. They checked it and said the other side was pretty worn so I looked and agreed. They suggested putting the new tires on the rear (and patiently explained the science to do so). Looking at my rear tires, we discovered that they also were worn beyond all hope. I decided to get 4 new tires (at a price I anticipated for just 2). I left while they were in process and shortly got a call from Tom the Newark manager. He asked if I wanted to go through with the purchase given that there were so many issues needing attending to (there's integrity). The list included rear seal motor leakage, front seal leakage, front wheel differential leakage (in both the left side and the rear), driver side front tire CV joint boot ruptured and axel bearing shot, pitman arm and idler arm loose/worn Mounting Brackets, Bushings, Bolts and Nuts, Washers, and Spacers (for proper alignment gaps), and a host of other suspension issues. Immediately listed the issues and sold the vehicle. I am a super satisfied customer of many vehicles. Note: I live in a very hilly area in Landenberg and use 4-wheel in the winter. Never had an issue getting through for decades now with the incredible grip/wear tread of the many sets of tires for the many different vehicles I have owned (and my dear sweet wife when she was here on this planet).
