They have a great juice bar with extra additives hemp fruit granola. It's wonderful. The fruit is always fresh.

Walk away full, but feeling flavorfully satisfied, guilt-free and healthy! After a week of eating out for a conference in Norman( all tasty food mind you, mind you, but the kind of food that leaves feeling like "ahhh, I need to workout, purge, diet, fast, yadda, yoda, yedi!!!") I needed a break from the guilt! Not to mention, the older we get, successive ventures into the fried and fatty world of rich foods start to have a deleterious affect on my mood and mental sharpness as I feel more slugggish, bloated and "blechhy" by day 4 of my id locking up my superego in a basement closet. So, I opted out for going to a brewery with a co-worker and instead suggested this place which had some good reviews already and also the kind of menu that your heart and soul (as well as your guilt-muscle) can all smile about and relax. It is close the OU campus and is on a side street in the most literal sense that you pull in to the 4 space lot with your bumper inches away from the main road. Safe, but close. Street parking appears to be the alternative. We got lucky as it was late on a weekday (they close at 8) and found parking. It used to be a health food grocery store only but added a kitchen not too long ago after having success with another eat-in store on the OU campus. It is narrow, self-(and limited seating with pub-style ordering from counter where you fine their menu. The menu is laminated 10x14 I think, 2 sides including drinks so their menu is ample enough that you could find anything hot or cold, liquid or solid. The have shakes and juices made-to-order as well as a variety of deli and finger food options. Since it would be my last night in Oklahoma I tried several things to share and ended up eating them all. I had a beet, carrot and spinach juice (your choice of 8 or 16 oz)-- ahhhhhhh. There is nothing added so if you are not into juices, you will taste what ingredients you add and I love beets! While there are many vegetarian and vegan options they do include some meat. I had the bowl of veggie chili which was a hearty rendition with several types of beans, carrots and corn. It was not bland but had spices that gave it an addictive flavor. They also had a creamy soup that I declined.I also had the hummus which appeared to be white bean and was chunky as well as creamy but altogether with a mild flavor that did not conflict with the chili. I opted for carrots vs. corn chips but they do offer tortilla chips for their "build-your-own nachos" part of the menu. From the sandwich section I picked a tuna salad (that had dolphin-safe tuna and not a substitute) but I did get a taste of the not-really-chicken chicken salad and that was good too. In addition to a variety of groceries and desserts to purchase and take home they sell fresh bread. I had a slice of the 3-seed bread and it made me want to stuff myself by ordering another sandwich just so I could put anything between two pieces of their fresh bread. They had 4 kinds of bread including a honey wheat and 2 vegan offerings but I selected their 4th choice which was the 3-seed (chia, sunflower and pumpkin maybe??) My only regret was knowing that I would not be able to return until I made the trip from the east coast to Norman, Oklahoma...but it does give me a big reason to return :) read more

Love this place! One of my favorite vegan spots to eat at and I highly recommend to anyone I know who also enjoys vegan food! Cute friend spot and the staff is always super nice! This tiny cafe and shop is nestled in a neighborhood. Let me say that this is the only place in town I purchase coffee from. They sell locally roasted coffee! So good! The quality of the ingredients is 5 stars. It's local, organic, and fresh just as advertised. My husband and I often go for breakfast. He always gets cake and coffee. Always good coffee there and the best part- FREE refills. And let me tell you, for some vegan cake, they are moist, fluffy, and could've fooled me. I typically get a dragonslayer (good for the immune system!) and a quiche breakfast with potatoes. Sit outside by the garden or at the bar and watch the young workers chop carrots. Their lunch items can be overpriced, but I guess you are paying for the quality and supporting a local business They have smoothies and juices too!! The customer service is typically very good. Will never be returning here again. I ordered the Moonmaiden and a side of greens and received an inedibly burnt sandwich with a small ziplock bag of lettuce. Total rip off. And to make matters worse, none of the workers were wearing proper PPE or following the CDC's safety guidelines besides only accepting call-in orders due to the city of Norman's required restrictions. As a seemingly health-oriented shop I expected much better from them than this. Even the Sonic down the road follows the CDC's guidelines better than these cons, and with a promise of better food too. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

The bulk herb section is phenomenal! Nothing like it in the Norman/OKC metro. We also buy local eggs and locally roasted coffee beans here! All grocery items are priced comparably to other local markets. Location is unique and fun! read more

We have been regular customers but when asked for a donation, could not even get the courtesy of an answer. Went in person, sent a letter, called multiple times and left a message for Richard the manager over a six week period. I understand sometimes the answer is no, but at least be professional and polite to your customers and give some sort of response! Too many other great restaurants in town that were willing to help that will now get my business instead. This is a small grocery that carries a variety of natural/health foods. There is are a couple freezers with some frozen meal options, a small case of dairy, and a selection of tofurkey type meats. In addition, they also carry some organic fruits and veggies and have some sundries, pet food, and an entire wall of medicinal herbs. I've picked up red and regular quinoa, which I could not find at Homeland, and a tea tree oil shampoo I really like. As you'd expect with natural foods, it isn't cheap (the shampoo was about $9/bottle), but it isn't any more than other places I've checked out. Not an everyday place to shop for me, but I'll continue to go for grains and some of the international food items they carry. read more

Small little cafe and store in a neighborhood. I have driven past several times and finally stopped in. Fabulous breakfast tacos. Not kidding, I will go back for those. Everything is fresh and the people are kind. I picked up some spices for cooking later on, and they have them in bulk in jars. A limited selection is other items, it just has a small neighbor market feel. And after fighting Walmart shopprrs earlier that day picking up stuff I probably don't need, Earth Natural foods was like an oasis. Visit them soon and try the tacos with avocado. read more

Very nice little place. 10 % discount if you walk or bike! Some of the items they carry are a lot more expensive than other natural food stores I've been to which is the only disappointment and reason I can't give it 5 stars.
