I gave them a second chance after an underwhelming experience the first time. I chose to only do a pedicure this time to minimize money loss. Unfortunately I was still disappointed. I spent $50 for the renew pedicure. It was completely rushed & the tech was rough with the cuticle care. She didn't pay attention to which foot she had done what on, so one of my feet was only in the water for less than 1 minute while the other was in for almost 5 minutes. The same thing happened with the hot towels. The entire pedicure was done in 30 minutes, this wasn't a basic pedicure. I even inquired when I checked out how long the pedicures generally take and was told this one usually takes 45 minutes to an hour depending on the tech and polish. This pedicure was a gift from my husband for relaxation due to recent stressful events including the loss of a loved one. Unfortunately The Eden Spa failed me. read more

Great place to visit if you enjoy being treated differently from other people, while watching other people receive the service that you thought you were paying for. Kind of a total nightmare. My technician did nothing to protect my peace, and allowed other people to mess with me and interrupt when I was trying to rest. When I brought it up, she acted like I was crazy for having a problem with being repeatedly woken up during a spa service. I could see ladies across from me, not being bothered, not being made to move their stuff and not being harassed. It was very, very disorienting to be able to watch people receive the respectful spa services that you thought you were paying for, but they keep taking space, peace, and my things, away from me. I don't know why they decided to bully me today. I really don't. I really think my money is just as good as anyone else else's and I really don't understand why I was treated so badly and differently when again you can literally watch the people receiving the spa service that you are also paying for. And you'll just be left confused and angry because you can see other people getting the same service that you're also paying for, but they're actually getting respect they're actually getting peace. They're actually getting dignity and you're just being harassed and poked and treated like shit. read more

First Timer! I had a partial knee replacement a few weeks ago and could not take the drive to my normal salon in Uptown Dallas. I walked in and was greeted with a smile. The entire staff and customers were extremely friendly. I was in so much pain the owner gave me something I could prop my leg on to rest my knee. I am so pleased with the Service I received and Vicky is AMAZING!!!!! After this visit he came over to look at my nails and I was showing him my color when he said "I came to check this technique". Shows they really care. The salon is clean, sanitized, and up to date with COVID practices. They're even going to stay that way. They want you to be completely satisfied when visiting so break your nail the day after? Just go back. I'm not big on getting my nails done but I will be just to come back to this place. The aromatherapy bundle is worth. Your. Time. This was my first time here and because of reviews I requested Kevin to do my NexGen, with a design, on my hand by booking my appointment online;also booked basic pedicure. I arrived and checked in and asked if they had any glow-in-the-dark dip powders and I was told that the neon ones might glow; no one pointed in any direction of where those might be. I went looking at the available colors and decided on something springy because I didn't want to search for the glow-in-the-dark powders. They weren't too busy so I was assigned a seat quickly. I choose my colors and went to my seat. As I sat down two ladies were coming to do my nail. I had to ask for Kevin who was just walking in after I sat down. The lady who did my pedicure, didn't get her name, showed me my options which I already thought I chose when I scheduled the appointment. I pointed at the first option $30 and did not include nail polish. I went with the second option which was a "Sports" pedicure, $36, although she tried to point my two options higher at $46. I said no thanks and went with the Sports option because I wanted nail polish. Let me tell you I've never had a pedicure done so fast before, not thrilled. She did an ok job but it was quick and if I truly had sore sports feet I'd still be sore, which I was. I had to put my shoes back on my feet though I saw others getting theirs put back on for them. For my hands, can't say manicure as that's not included with Dipping Powder option, Kevin came and did a nice job until more people started coming in and I felt like he was rushing to finish. I was nicked at the cuticle multiple times, I have hard powder under my nails, and I wasn't wiped off just told to go wash my hands. Nail designs were a cute and basic flower. Also, for a French the color stopped above my nail line. It should have gone to where the nail shows it's arch. When I went to go pay I felt like I was overcharged because at other locations where I've paid $113 I received a hand massage, my feet no longer hurt, and my cuticles weren't aching. I even left a $12 tip. Overall, not an every other week option but it's a nice place. I will give them an opportunity for redemption one day. read more

Been coming here for over year (and was literally just here twice last week for tips/dip & manicure, and the next day for $50 pedicure and I brought my entire family - so 6 of us all got an assortment of services. Short story long, 5 days later I didn't care for the toe polish color I picked. I wanted to change it back to the regular color I normally get. (*They didn't have what I color usually get last Thursday which is why I picked this other color). So, I booked an appointment and came in with my own polish from home for my "polish change". That's it nothing more that a quick polish change, just remove regular nail polish off and put diff color on. Took 10 mins tops. So I'm thinking probably going to be around $10 for this service. I've done it before. No big deal. Welp, Yelpers she charges me $18!!! To change the polish color?? She said yes "because they carry that color and because I brought my own it's more $$"...!!! Mind you I bring my own because what the polish they offer seems old, diluted and is used by countless other clients, color tends to fade and chip off faster then when I being my own bottle. Besides i have a bit of PTSD from the last time I got a pedicure here, I got a really bad nail bed/cuticle infection. Had to go to doctors and get antibiotics and ointment for it. Took several weeks for it to finally clear up. In the past I really like the nail techs I use for my tips/dip. But their pedi techs are a diff story. Sooo needless to say I'm standing here at the register trying to make it make sense with her and it's not working, so I leave and am frustrated as a loyal customer, they are are trying this scam on me. It's just pink nail polish, not gold, nothing fancy not even shellac just plain old polish. Really frustrating also to not only wait 30 mins (even with my appt) and then to be overcharged for what literally took 10 mins to paint my toes. Just be aware friends, if you come here The upselling and also the risk factor of infection from either dirty tools or contaminated polishes/products? This local nail salon is located in the Shops at Starwood plaza. I have been a client for about a year and I love the consistency and quality of my mani/pedis. First, they take appointments which is a 10/10 for me. (I tried walking in once and that was a no go) Easy to book online via their website and I receive a confirmation too. Each time I've arrived they are ready and are usually waiting on me to finalize my nail color selection. They do not offer acrylic nail services. They off natural and gel nail services. They offer an amazing selection of colors in addition to offering nail art. I enjoy the Dazzle manicure as the polish dries within minutes and lasts for weeks without chipping. The staff is friendly and pleasant from the cashier to the ladies and gentlemen who perform the services. I've been on various days (weekends and during the week) and usually it's not too long or chaotic like some nail salons. There are signs up asking clients to keep their phone conversations to a minimum. Overall I find it is a relaxing experience! read more

I finally found my new favorite nail salon! This is the first nail salon in years where I felt I was welcomed by the sweetest staff. And to top it off, they have some of the most talented technicians I've ever worked with! Atmosphere: Everything was so clean and new! I love the French vibes with the greenery wall and the board and batten details. Even down to the wood flooring, color scheme, and design on the ceiling, the owners took great care in perfecting this studio. Services: I came in needing a dip and design and was elated to see the outcome! I loved how careful and patient both technicians were. The first girl made my OCD heart happy with the smoothest dip finish and all my nails were perfectly filed. Such a clean finish, I'm obsessed! And then the the design technician was incredible. She made the most perfect and straight lines I needed for my look. She didn't take any short cuts too. If it looked crooked she would wipe the paint and do it again. I super appreciate that! I also loved that they had so many dip powder colors to choose from, especially the softer, more pastel colors that I have a hard time finding at other salons. Management: you all are wonderful! O NOT GO HERE unless you want hidden fees, unsanitary waxing, over-charging and unprofessional service. NEW MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!! They are not an equal opportunity establishment either. They won't tell you "extra" charges until after they have completed your nail service. They charge for shaping your nails even if they are short. They tried to charge my friend for a service she did not ask for or receive and she said something and they said it was their mistake and then still tried to charge her until I stuck up for her so she wouldn't be taken advantage of. My nail broke 2 days after service called and the management was so rude. I asked kindly for them to please disclose prices upfront so customers would know and feel more comfortable and so did my 2 other friends and he then said I am not welcome anymore because of that. WOW! The technician did a beautiful job on my nails and worked VERY hard I tipped him $15 on a $52 ticket because I felt so bad for him and who he is working for. I couldn't get in right away because I'm a business owner and super busy during the holidays. Of course, Christmas was the 25th and they were closed on the 26th. I called the 27th and they were busy. And my schedule allowed me to come on Saturday the 30th to get a pedicure and fix the chipped nail. When the tech approached me, she asked me what happened and I just explained I think the previous girl overall didn't do a good job that's why my nail chipped. She brought the front desk girl over who proceeded to argue with me about fixing a freaking nail claiming I should have come in the 7 day window. I'm not a stay at home person with nothing else to do and it's the holidays they were closed. I was just asking for a nail fix, not a complete redo of the botched job previous tech did. And I paid $100 for a pedicure that was subpar. To top it off, she fixed my nail and it looks terrible. Will never come back here. read more
