I have lived in Plano for three years and this is my go to nail salon! Kelly does an amazing job, highly recommended. She will go above and beyond to ensure your design is exactly as you want it. I am very picky when it comes to the shape of my nails, but she did an amazing job with absolutely no complaints! If you get a pedicure, I highly recommend David especially if you have ingrown toenails like I do! He insured that every toe was to my satisfaction. I will always come back!

I walked in last Monday because I was in the area and got dip nails done by Kimberly. I could immediately tell they were not going to be good although she was really sweet. She didn't use a primer or dehydrator and she applied the dip all over my fingers. She did them so thick that it nearly hurt and I knew they would come off super quick since they extended all the way to my skin and cuticles. Today the pinky nail broke and there is fungus all over my nails that were so healthy and long I know it's because they lifted within the first day because of how she did them and I should have gotten them removed immediately but didn't have time.

Quality has gone down . They appear rushed and money hungry with constantly asking you to add additional services now . The last gel polish I had was old and polish chipped within two days . I went back and they redid and it chipped again the next day . Just skip this place - no longer quality service . read more

I recently went here after about a year after I left town for a while. I guess this place got bought out. I got a mani/pedi for $190 before tip. Toes were gel & jelly expensive, she did a great job. Nails, they nickel & dime you for EVERYTHING & they don't even look very good. They make you watch chickens being cut up in a factory on tv its pretty gross. NOT SPA like or relaxing. read more

Stephanie and Savannah did a fabulous job on my gel mani and legacy pedi. I really enjoyed my experience at Legacy Nails. I recently relocated to the area and a few days after my movers arrived and I'd completed all of my move in duties I took a chance on a different nail salon. That experience was absolutely horrific and I'd been waiting a couple of weeks to heal from an incident that occurred with a tech there. I loved everything about my visit to Legacy. They are clean and professional. The salon is decorated in a classy manner and everyone who works here is dressed so nicely. They had a steady stream of clientele who all seemed happy to be here and regulars. I feel pretty confident this will be my go to salon. I'm excited to return when it's time. I typically get a mani/pedi every 2-3 weeks and have been going to the same salon for almost 25 years. Making a switch and putting your trust into a new place to do a great job is something that isn't always easy especially after being traumatized from the first new chance you took. I'm not the easiest to please and I was pleased! I love that here in Texas you get adult bevvies at the salon. I sure as heck moved to the right town! I had two mimosas on my visit. Based on my first experience I'd highly recommend Legacy. My service was professional, friendly, and meticulous. read more

I have lived in Plano for three years and this is my go to nail salon! Kelly does an amazing job, highly recommended. She will go above and beyond to ensure your design is exactly as you want it. Everyone here was so nice and welcoming! I got a mani-pedi with French tips and gel, and it turned out beautifully. They even offered me a glass of champagne, which made the experience feel extra special. The service also included a refreshing leg and foot scrub, plus a relaxing massage with lotion. Sophia with the glasses was extremely rude. I came in today for my day off . Just wanted to enjoy myself. As soon as I came she gave me a very unwelcome face. She didn't even cut my cuticle she use the machine that used for the nails, she didn't even brush my toes with the little brush . She gave me the wackiest foot scrub I didnt even feel it. The luxurious service was not provided, and when I confronted her and told her that she needed to cut my cuticles, she said that she already had (lie) and that I was was bleed if she did approached it in a very rude way I will never ever come back again, and I will not recommend anyone to come here. I didn't even ask for the manager cause I didn't wanna make a big deal out of it. I am mindful that other ladies are there to enjoy their day not to see confrontation and negative energy, but Sophia needs to be addressed immediately of the way she treated me and not only that she could tell easily that she was talking about me with her other colleagues, and it made me feel so uncomfortable. Keep in mind just because I said can you cut my cuticle? I didnt wasn't even rude about it and she finished in 10 minutes. I could not she finished in 10 minutes. I find it very unfair because I paid for this service and now I have to walk away without the service that I paid for and didn't even received free money from me You guys should be more mindful of people's money and their service that we go and pay for I very upset read more

Had been going here a lot for pedicures but stopped a few months ago. The quality went down. I would always give my tech a huge tip. She asked for it in cash to avoid paying taxes because theyre all 1099 -which sucks for them. Last time I went I spent a couple hundred dollars on my and my partners pedicure & I must of forgotten the tip at the machine. My nail tech Sophia actually texted me and said "Excuse me but where's my tip". That day she was distracted and didn't even do a good job as usual so I have stopped going here and advise you too. Also they do seem to use unpacked nail tools which I think is a violation of health code. Too bad that the quality declined! You lost a loyal customer read more

My daughters and I made an appointment and headed straight over. The entire establishment is very professional. Between the 3 of us we had 2 pedicures, 1 full set and 1 regular manicure. They all worked efficiently and were very friendly. Sonny did my pedicure and he was very engaging (I love to talk). The massage was great! We were there long enough to see interactions with several costumers and it was all consistent. The shop is well decorated, which adds to the comfort. We agreed to $65 for this service but they ended up charging me $80. In the first 48 hours, it starts to lift. Pieces of the liquid UV gel are coming off. When I got to the nail salon, they gave me a guy who was extremely rude. He kept trying to talk me out of getting French. He was extremely aggressive with filing my nails. My one nail actually started bleeding. He was upset that I wouldn't get just one plain color. But that wasn't why I made the appointment. I made the appointment for French. They handed me off to a female who painted my nails. She told me that nobody at the store likes to do French. It took over 1.5 hours to do my nails. They look ghetto. Awful service. It was a great to find Plano Legacy Nail & Spa after so many trial and error with finding an ideal nail salon after moving to Plano, TX. I highly recommend Kimberly for nails and JoJo for pedicure. I came in four days ago to get my Hoco nails done, and I left unsatisfied with my manicure. The girl who did my nails didn't do a great job but the manager was very kind and offered to give me a discount income again when I could. I came in today and had my nails redone exactly how I wanted them to be by Christina. Besides Mimi, I've had amazing experiences with the workers here some examples are sonny Christina and the manager. I think something that really stands out is their ability to correct if they make a mistake. I highly recommend and applaud the worth ethic here. read more

Been getting my nails done since literally 12 or 12 but Fairly new to this area. The last two visits here I've used Hanna & she does amazing- listened to my preferences and I can turn off my brain while she works. Also lasted me a little over 4 weeks with the last dip powder!! This week my work schedule has been very hectic so I failed to make an appt with her- she was with someone went I dropped in so considering no appt, I gave someone else a try. She did a good job but it did feel like I had to keep repeating the same requests that were very standard. I also noticed this time they charged extra for dip "take off" which is weird being it's on my real nails, no tips. I mean why is this extra when I'm already paying to get a fresh set of the dip powder? Just annoying because I thought I finally found a place that I can stick to my simple classic sets (my natural nails) without unnecessary uncharging. The one thing the girl didn't do is color match correctly. I do dip powder on my real nails and regular polish on toes. So I asked to color match it as close as possible. This is absolutely not even close. I'll take this one myself because I failed to make an appt. I'll try again but will prefer to stick with the appt/same tech. read more

Nina worked on my nails and was hopping in between clients and rushing through my nails as if she was the only person there (several other nail techs available, but she said she was the only one that could). Even with other nail techs working she was "helping them" and saying " she doesn't know how , but I have to do it" but the other tech was having clients walk out and pay to what must've been a fine job. I assumed Nina would be the best, but she managed to cut my skin and cause me to bleed multiple times. Three days later, I had a nail fall off and another on the way out. Pictures below show 3 days old wounds, while the last one was the new wound after it was fixed. Not only that, I asked for French tips with a specific color. She started going up my nail bed with the paint in which I asked her if that was the final product or was she going to do a clean up. She told me that if I wanted "classic" French tips I should've said that because she assumed I wanted curvy (?). I had to show her a picture of what French tips were because she claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. As someone that has gotten my nails done for over 10 years, I've only ever had to ask for French tips. I've actually never heard of curvy French tips and idk why someone would assume otherwise. James did a great job on my feet which is the only reason i would give even a single star!

Absolutely gorgeous and everyone here is so incredibly kind. Huge attention to being sanitary and and takes all the necessary cleaning process. The place is spotless! Had the very best pedicure for less than other places charge. You've got to go see my girl Nina, she is the BEST in the business. You won't find a better nail tech, she knows her craft and is extraordinarily amazing at it. I'm super excited she's found a new home and everyone needs to come see her! I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service at this nail salon. Despite repeatedly informing Stephanie about my preferences, my nails were done sloppily, and the coat of polish applied was excessively thick. Furthermore, when attempting a French tip, she carelessly painted it without utilizing a proper tiny brush. The management's response to this substandard service was equally disheartening, as they only offered a meager 15% discount. My experience here was a complete WASTE of money, and the overall management of this salon is undeniably terrible! read more

This was my first time here and I loved it! I was originally going to get my nails taken off, but I decided I'd keep my nextgen. Chi helped me and was friendly, funny, and did an incredible job. I had been going to the same nail guy the past few years, but I moved to Frisco and the one time I went somewhere else I was a little disappointed with how my nails looked for the price. I have been a customer of Legacy Nails for more than two years. Tracy does my nails in addition to answering the phones to schedule new customers and greet walk-in customers. She is always professional and patient even when dealing with irate customers. The salon is always clean and it is a relaxing environment. Do NOT recommend this salon unless you want kids doing your nails UNPROFESSIONALLY! YOU pay a lot and get untrained, unprofessional service. Management needs to hire quality employees. I will not use this salon again there are too many other nail salons around. BUYER BEWARE. read more
