Second time visiting and I'm just so let down I've been coming here for Gel-X, which isn't cheap, and every single time I ask for short nails--but they never actually get them as short as I need. I've explained multiple times that I'm clumsy and have an infant, so length really matters for me. It's frustrating to feel like that request is consistently ignored. This last visit, though, really took the cake. I explained that my big toenails tend to grow outward and specifically asked for them to be clipped and filed a certain way. As you can see in the photo, that didn't happen at all. Even my husband noticed immediately and was shocked at how it turned out. I also asked for extra attention on my feet because they were sore and needed it, but there was barely any focus there. Instead, most of the time was spent on my calves, which wasn't what I asked for. For the amount we spent--close to $300--this was extremely disappointing. At this point, I'll just fix it myself at home. Update***** A week later my gel x cracked they have a two week policy but I don't want to return there read more

Have been coming in for 5 years and always have a positive experience. I've always made appointments (with no specific person in mind) or gone as a walk-in and accepted a manicurist who is available without worry. I've always receive quality service and long lasting powder dip manicures. Staff is courteous and efficient. read more

Minh did an amazing job with me and my mom's manicures! Even though the salon was overstaffed that day, he gave us great customer service while still managing the rest of the store at the same time. If you look at my reviews, they are truly honest. Saying that you can obvi see that nail service experiences have not been that great. I've have a few good pedi's but no real good mani's. This place knocked it out of the park! I had Sam do my manicure and Vicki do my mani, and I will continue to drive the distance to see them both. My DIL had Sunni and Maine (pronounced Myne) and they were seriously wonderful as well! The heated neck roll was a nice touch, but it was the customer service, friendliness, and details that secured it in for me. Thank y'all so much! read more

I have had a few bad experiences with nail salons in this area. However, today was an AWESOME experience! Emma did my pedicure, and it was so relaxing that I could have gone to sleep. Emma was so engaging. My toes look the best they have in years. She even fixed the messed up part of my nails that I had previously messed up. My daughter's got their nails done, and their nail techs were just as friendly and engaging as Emma was. Everyone I encountered in Charmlux was amazing. I think I have found my nail spot!! If you haven't tried them out yet, give them a shot. You will not regret it. read more

Made an appt earlier this week for 1pm pedicure and was seated right away. Tammy was my nail tech and she was delightful. The 20 min massage was truly a nice long 20 min massage. The place is spacious and fairly clean. Staff was all very friendly. Knocking one star off because prices online don't match menu when you get there (prices online are cheaper). I asked the lady at front desk about this and she said online is not current but she didn't have a current list of services and pricing for me to take home. Tammy was great so I'll def come back again. read more

Wife and I were in the area and she wanted to get pedi's. Looked this place up on Yelp and did a drive by. It is super nice, very clean, friendly and professional staff, with lots of chairs. Reasonable prices for the high level of service and attention you get. Wife was very happy with her pedi and my funky feet are smooooooth!! read more

I just moved to this area and Charmlux has quickly become my favorite salon. I have had new techs every time I've come and I always get a pedi and acrylics. The techs all are very meticulous while working fast and they are all pros. In the past I have never really loved my nails and I have yet to be disappointed by this salon. If you're in the area can't recommend this salon more. The salon is beautiful, relaxing, and the best I've ever been to, and I'm from Cali. For my acrylics I have had Tiffany, Michael, and Patrica (I think was her name) and they're all so good but Tiffany is the best. I'm sorry I don't have pics as I'm getting my nails done now but trust me you'll love them. read more

Very odd smell in the salon (no air filters?), not clean IMO, dusty and gross. I had an appt as a "first time" patron and wasn't seated or attended to for 35 minutes. Other patrons were equally as perturbed with their wait time. I asked for nexgen and the nail tech wreaked of cigarette smoke and continued to cough. I specifically asked for thin nails; instead they are thick and rippled. Menu says nexgen is $35, they charged me $40 even after I pointed it out. They clearly are rushing, and are over-booking so they make customers wait - very insulting considering I took the time to call for an appointment. They only have one attendant to check-out customers to pay for their services; she kept leaving her station/customer to help other customers, which was annoying to her customer . Yuck, yuck - will not go back! BAD SERVICE! read more

Our go-to nail salon. Always treated with courtesy, great, friendly service. Daughter always gets mail designs and has had different folks: Tiffany, Kevin - all skilled and talented. Most selections on Pedicure menu include 15-20 minute leg massage. Very relaxing and soothing. read more

My review is ONLY for their pedicures! This place has the best pedicure that I've found in this area. I've had Dan (maybe Don) both times and will more than likely make appointments so I can always have him during my visit. During my first visit, I got the pineapple pedicure where pineapple is rubbed on your legs and feet. His leg and foot massage was absolutely WONDERFUL. He wasn't overly aggressive and I actually fell asleep. My second visit was exactly the same except I got the champagne pedicure. Love this place! read more

I dropped by here on my way home since I've driven by before. I got nexgen with Sunny. She was so good! I love my nexgen to be super thin and short and she did exactly what I wanted. I never go dark but I decided to try a sparkly grey color and it looks great. The salon is very clean and the service was so fast. Definitely check them out! read more

We are visiting from out of state and I asked our waitress at breakfast where she would recommend for a great pedicure. She sure did not steer me wrong. I did call to be sure they weren't too busy, but we were seated immediately when we got there. The salon has many chairs, TVs and a bar. I read the services menu and chose the Pineapple Pedicure which included fresh pineapple being used along with a salt scrub exfoliation. Sunny did an amazing job! She massaged my feet and legs for so long and also used a hot stone. She was very pleasant to talk to. Wish we lived closer so I could go more often. It was literally the best pedicure I've ever had!! My nails look so nice and my legs & feet feel incredibly soft! read more

very careless and rough. lady doing my nails was not paying attention filing my nails with the little machine thing, she missed my nail which ended with a cotton ball full of nail polish remover getting caught in the machine, spraying nail polish remover in my eyes. As my eyes were burning, to "help" me gave me the dusty towel under the nail file to wipe my eyes with... I had to get up from my pedicure with wet feet, and walk to the sink and rinse to eyes out. All the workers did absolutely nothing but watch me. U would think they would give me a discount, or do something about the situation, the manager/owner refused to do anything. Don't waste ur time. There are so many better nail salons that actually care about there customers in the area . read more

I had such a great, first time experience yesterday! The manager Mime? (I cant remember how she told me it was spelled) was killing it for them just opening after being closed due to COVID-19. His spirits were high & very welcoming. I had the pleasure of having Van as my tech & definitely plan on seeing her again. She was quick yet accurate. No complaints at all! I initially asked for tips with dip French but with the color I chose it wasn't possible so we opted for dip and gel design instead. This is definitely my new go-to nail salon. FYI they really prefer appt which I didn't know but they were still able to squeeze me in but I'll have to come back for pedi. So happy overall!!!!!

I spent $50 for the renew pedicure. It was completely rushed & the tech was rough with the cuticle care. She didn't pay attention to which foot she had done what on, so one of my feet was only in the water for less than 1 minute while the other was in for almost 5 minutes. The same thing happened with the hot towels. The entire pedicure was done in 30 minutes, this wasn't a basic pedicure. I even inquired when I checked out how long the pedicures generally take and was told this one usually takes 45 minutes to an hour depending on the tech and polish. This pedicure was a gift from my husband for relaxation due to recent stressful events including the loss of a loved one. Unfortunately The Eden Spa failed me.
